i didn't quote you directly on my other post, but let me explain:
the only a sale will likely cause to happen is that stock will be reduced. what problem are we facing now? reduced stock. therefore, a sale can only make the situation worse!
i DID suggest that you go to James' thread in the supplier section. redress your feelings there (minus threatening language), then ASK for some kind of "remedy" to your problem. we're only talking about a few dinaros here. maybe you can get an additional freebie on your next order.
my point is that a sale will only make the problem worse! if you actually read this thread, people are getting great freebies in their orders. i don't complain because EVERYTIME i made a request for a certain freebie, i got it! i ordered the day before labor and got my requested peanut butter. THAT says thanks! they could've said "we're busy, enjoy you free sample of Pooh or bacon!"

I agree. Its more the fact that it is grape, watermelon and menthol; three stereotypes that are associated with African American culture. Maybe not racist per-se, but playing into stereotypes. Not harmful stereotypes, but stereotypes nonetheless.

I'm sorry but point of fact is that there is a support thread that your type of post would have been more appropriate in.
It's interesting on how someone can perceive those in a particular thread as being as you call it a "Fanboi" or a "fan with a reason" strange comment to say the least.
Again, the plain fact is that you make off handed comments that are and were better served in the support thread! And don't think that there is not a majority of us that were disappointed that some of their favorite juices were out of stock. However the fact of the matter is that in life and business "Crap Happens" if you wish to be a fair weather customer, that is your choice, but to make positive comments and then at the end of it make statements that you will take your business elsewhere in the same post doesn't show much rational, it's like a threat that if in 24 hours they better have what you want or your going elsewhere, just how do you think that looks. Again, those statements are better served in the support thread wherein the vendor can respond, or perhaps that was your intent! You can post in here all you want and make those comments however that is not going to accomplish anything other then to wonder what the heck your intent or motivation is!
And as a side not, everyone in here is well aware of the fact that this in a forum and not a fanboi site, there's that word again, however, did you perhaps take note of the Thread Section Name? We'll I'll be it's "mtbakervapor"!!!
And as you wanted to try and make some point of this being a forum, take into account that there are also other forum sections for both Positive and Negative reviews.
Your closing comments in your initial post just made the post seem more like a threat then anything constructive. We are all aware of the issues, do we like the fact they had issues with stock, NO, but you most certainly don't see a vast majority of us making hollow threats about going else where. Again, this is your choice, your entitled to your opinions as are each and every one of us.
You want to stated that those that don't agree with your one sided post have a blind fanaticism going, hmmm, that strange coming from someone who actually made a veiled threat about taking your business else where if this or that isn't in stock in 24 hours. Come on! That reminds me of a child in a store that is being told by their parents they can have this or that and having a hissy fit. I don't know what you expected to accomplish by that post or in fact this follow up post.
If you have issues with stock or other issues with the business aspect of them, then by all means take it to where is belongs, in the support thread! How about contacting the vendor themselves, they have e-mail, a phone a support thread, etc.
Again, everyone of us has had things we couldn't get or didn't like but you don't see the majority of people making comments or hollow threats about going somewhere else.
I highly suggest taking your own advise and go make a whiners cult or something. This topic has been beaten to death, it has been addressed by MBV and if you cannot handle what they have stated they were doing to correct the issue, well that's your problem!
You mention that other post, not sure if you were referring to mine of another that was made but you know what, yet again, wrong thread. Last I checked the reason for support threads were, oh, lets see, oh yeah, for support, complaints, praise, wants, requests etc.
So before telling someone what a thread is or what they should post, check what you are posting and where, as you stated this is a forum. I ran one for over 10 years so I have some idea of what they are, and to say that others do not or to imply it is insulting!

Those types of post just rub me the wrong way, there is a thread for support, have an issue with a vendor, take it to the vendor. We all have things were not happy about, but the service has always been great and if they are having issues and keep people updated, well that's a good thing, we might now like it, but there's a big difference between whining and constructive criticism. It's a simple choice, you don't like the heat in a particular kitchen get the hell out of it!

If you're serious, I'd like to take you up on that offer. I've actually tried to order bacon flavoring several times but they've been out whenever I was ordering. I'm into DIY and want to try to create something similar to the glaze on a baked ham. Already have pineapple and clove flavorings, hoping bacon might work with them. (Yeah, I know it's not ham but gotta start somewhere.)

Waaa! Just got my first order in from MBV and all 4 of my tanks are dang near full. Dark Chocolate, Caramel Coffee, Root Beer, Albino Drake and they tossed in some Toasted Mashmallow. I'm tempted to empty 1 or two tanks so I can have a taste.

I asked for either Butterscotch or Johnny Chimpo as my freebie. I've already gotten the shipping number so I'll probably get this on Thursday. I ordered from Halo over the weekend let's see who gets here first, the shipment from 80 miles away or the shipment from 3,000 miles away. My money is on MBV.

I switched over to Peach Rings in a Vivi Nova Tank - just to test the tank of course... Got one good one, one with the vent holes too high, so no air can get through it, and this one is working so YEAH! Anyway, They really got the 'sour/sweet' and peach combination perfectly on this juice. The have the apple rings as well, I'm wondering what else they could make with this sour/sweet combo :/
