Oh, they do make a difference, I just wish I was able to get an SVD as the one I have isn't working very well now, thankfully I didn't pay for it so I am not out any money, but now I miss having the ability to change the Watts as I like vaping at 8 watts on just about everything some at 7 and 7.5 but most at 8, now I am just back to the eGo's and they seem to be getting ready to take a crap out on me!

novice on devices here....what is SVD ?

Do you pre fire your wire before wrapping? You might want to try cotton before giving up. Peaches and Cream yarn in white can be had at Wal Mart and gives a nice clean taste....just remember you cannot dry burn it. What gauge is your wire and mm on your silica? PM me if you still want to unload it.

so who wants my 25' kanthal wire and 10' silica.... >< i'm convinced no matter how much help i get, and how much i keep trying, i am just not a good recoiler..
they all come out to between 1.9 and 2.2 ohms, which i thought was good, but then they all taste like... fiber-y. it isn't a burnt taste, or a metallic taste, it's just an off taste, like metamucil. (i don't really have any idea what metamucil tastes like for that fact lol) i just can't figure out whats wrong.. maybe its the silica.

I was looking at a wooden one at Walmart recent. Two tiers. Wasn't too much, around $10-12 I believe. I like the idea, I just can't figure out how I could actually make it work in my storage situation.

With all the room you're going to have under your house maybe something like this....

The leap to VV/VW mods isn't all that tough, there are some added expenses initially, quality batteries and a good charger are part of the cost to keep in mind. The Vamo was my first step after my eGos (which I do still use while out on trips or as backups for my MPV during the workweek) There are quite a few around the $50 price point that are solid PVs do some reaserch and I'm sure you'll get more help/suggestions from the great group here ;)

well that would be a whole lot better than the big bucks for some I have seen?
ok. some suggestions please !!!!

I have a ProVari and a Vamo and like them a lot but I still use two eGo Twists too. The settings are easy to learn. If I could figure it out and I'm mechanically challenged, you won't have a problem. I don't find anything wrong with using eGo Twists forever. They are good devices and work just as well as more expensive devices, IMO.

ok.....how many people here have an expensive MOD like the Provari or Vamo and will it make a huge difference in my vaping experience to buy one. I have been using an EGO-twist forever.....have 3 and keep wanting to jump in and buy a nice one but afraid I won't notice any difference.....I suppose I should just go for it but I don't understand all the settings....

I made the statement on a Provari thread that I would still always love my spinners and take them out and about....they pretty much laughed at me and said once I have that Provari in my hand it will hardly ever leave it! That....is what I'm looking forward to!! I'll be letting you all know about this time next week. I do love my spinners!

Lol yea but if only my room was that big! My house is only 744 square feet in total, and that's after most of the 6' deep wrap around porch was enclosed. My bedroom was half of the original front porch, and was only about 6' by 8.5' at first! The 8.5' direction was bumped out by nearly five feet, close to 50% larger, but it's still a very small bedroom and very oddly proportioned. I'll be lucky to get a desk, dresser, and nightstand in there with a full sized bed basically.
