I know everyone has their own taste in juice but I was pleasantly surprised by the 2 flavors I got. Any other top juices on mbv. I have been looking for a great green tea so I was disappointed at the reviews on there green tea. Anyone on here tried it and liked it...

Not the straight green tea yet, but my better half loves the Mango Tea, way different though I'm sure...

Surprised it would gunk up over night, is that the only juice this happens with?

Dunno. Just filled it for the first time last night. Happily vaped and read for several hours.
Set it aside when I went to bed, tried this afternoon and hard draw. I have 4 more of those
clearos here when I get around to filling a different one I will make sure to use a different
juice and see. I only use them at night for no nic juices.

It's new right out of the box, juice is 50/50 and it's no nic, dark juice though. (S'Mores).
Kanger E-Smart 808D-1 808 808D1 Clearomizer

I haven't tried that particular one, but it looks like a slightly larger version of the halo/smokeless image mini tanks, which I love. (Those are 1 mil and only come in 2.5 ohms). Plastic and ultimately disposable, right, no interchangeable coil?

If so, I might be able to help. First of all, it could be the juice... I had a halo tank that was working fine, and two tanks worth (2ml, total) of Peanut Butter Cup *killed* it... I haven't actually thrown it away yet, because it's not technically dead - the atty still fires fine - but the draw on it is so tight that I feel like I'm going to implode a lung trying to get any vapor out of it, and I can't get a mouth hit out of it at all. No amount of cleaning has fixed it, yet anyway.

If the draw on it isn't *that* tight, though, and is just *annoyingly* tight, that's fixable. The first and easiest thing to try is to flip it upside down and very carefully stick the tip of a toothpick into the hole. Spin it around, wipe any juice off of it, and repeat a few times. Sometimes that alone will clear it out enough for you to be able to keep vaping.

If that doesn't help, you're going to have to empty the tank. Blast some hot water through both ends, then see if the draw has improved (don't refill it yet, test it empty first.)

If not, fill a blunt tipped syringe with hot water and flush it that way, again from both ends, then check the draw again.

I'm fairly sure what causes this is sediment from dark juices settling in/around that air flow hole overnight. That's another reason why I haven't tossed my only-mostly-dead tank... I'm hoping a few more syringe aided flushes will do the trick.

But yes, when you vape dark juices out of those (particularly chocolates and coffees), you're going to have to run water through it after every tank or two. It's annoying, but man, those little 808 tanks give *great* flavor.

Hope that helps, and that others have more suggestions.

Yeah I'd say try another juice that you know does well in other clearo's and we might get an idea of what's happenin'....

Woot - THANK YOU! I will try these steps. Will be more vigilant about rinsing it out after usage too,
and not letting the dark juices sit too long. Yes I think you're right - these are a lot like those Halo tanks.
I was loving this thing last night!

Also, I contradicted myself. It's happened twice, not once. My day has been pretty screwy with many hours
staring at the puter monitor, brain fried. I can't remember what juice I was using when it happened the first time,
several weeks back. I still have that clearo here somewhere..............

I have not perfected it yet and another member walked me thru her process for the perfect tea ejuice. She takes 50ml unflavored pg/vg adds nic juice and puts a tea bag in it and mircowaves it to steep for a all natural flavor and adds sweetener. Came out really nice on my first few tries. MBV how about a natural tea line ;)

You're welcome. If none of that does the trick, let me know; I'm planning on messing with my problem child tank tomorrow, now that I've got other stuff to vape with and can vape and repair simultaneously :) If that task yields any other insights, I'll post 'em for you.

Cool thing also is it's small enough to be entirely palmed, only the tip shows :)

However there's no hidin' the cloud ;)

Speaking of a palmable device :)

So after all the vamo talk I went and placed the order, you people are going to send me to the poor house with all your good ideas:toast: still waiting for my MBV order to come into the country.

You will not be disappointed, the Vamo is a great device, and inexpensive to boot :)

Happy Saturday to all of my lovely MBV buddies! Today is my 7 month-iversary!!! Who woulda thunk it?!! I am going to celebrate by doing my first DIY!....then maybe order a little sumthin sumthin....don't know what yet, but one thing vaping has done for me is to create a compulsive online shopper....just can't beat those prepaid credit cards. It's almost like a challenge to see how much I can get out of each card. Holidays are almost upon us.....must buy for others.....9th grandchild will arrive into the world in less than 2 weeks....oh boy!!!! :D

Awesome! Congrats!

Ahhh, ok, well I have 1 e-smart clearo left and I am having that same issue, but I was able to use it for a week before it got real hard to draw. I have not tried to remove the top of the coil head the grommet that sit on tip and do a dry burn, it's a bit tight at the top to pull those out and the ones I have are disposable, it did hit very well for the 1 week, but the wicks get clogged and the only thing you can do is to try to remove the top piece and soak it, then dry burn until you can see the coil glow red again, then try to put the top back on, a bit of a pain, I've done with CE4's many times and used the for a few months before they were totally shot.

Do you have some small tweezers, that would be a big help to get that top piece out and help put it back after a dry burn.

Oh meant to answer this earlier but didn't. Various small storms moving through and I'm trying to avoid
frying more electrical equipment.
Yeah I have the tweezers. I'm going to play with this on various levels for a bit before
I get to the point of tearing it apart.

Yes please post any tricks or tips ya get. I know a few but not a lot.
I love these little guys and if I knew they'd last awhile and make them worth
their price I'd get them for other juices I use, not just the no nic stuff.

Forgive me if this has been asked or mentioned as my attention span lately has been well let's just say lacking due to constant discomfort and stress. Ok, now for the dumb question, have you tried using a Silica wick with the Reo's?

Personally, I just don't find those to be to my liking, I know a lot of people love and swear by them, I just don't like the thought of using the bottle directly in them and having to Squonk all the time, plus for some reason I really hate that term! It's just like every time I see it, it's kinda like, "Well don't they have medicine for that" type of word.

I think it's a love it or hate it kind of term. I like it, makes me smile lol

There's a few really good threads on natural extractions, whether it's tobacco, coffee or tea the same principle can be applied. I do this for my Caramel Macchiato vape :)
