authentic chili is more of a sauce, Umerican chili has beens and meat! the hotter, the better.

had a guy come in one night. he heard about my chili on the CB. he was driving 'tween Seattle ans Portland! dude heard about my chili from 3000 miles away, so he came and found the place. bestest, hottest chili he ever had!

in anyway. I also make another version using both ground beef and sirloin steaks cut into cubes, bite size of course and a mystery ingredient!
