I've looked at some of their stuff in person, and it's gorgeous, but I look a little silly with a traditional looking pipe.

I'm finding that I really like the *unusual* stuff. Same reason I went for a Kraken clone over an AGA, which I was looking at for a long time (and still might grab at some point - depends how I get on with the Chi-Krack). I'm still not wild about handling li-ions, but for something that makes me smile every time I look at it, I can be persuaded... much like I was lukewarm about the MVP2 till I found the TARDIS wraps. Just a dumb piece of vinyl, but I still grin like an idiot the first time I pick it up in the morning, cause it's a TARDIS!
If I like the Chi-Krack enough, I'll probably upgrade that to a colored tank, too (plus, I'm clumsy, so spares are always good when it comes to breakable items... but getting a tank that's a nifty *color* will be for fun).
LOLOLOL Ok got it! Football is an emergency!! I did go and take the dog out. Because the dog is a sweet dog and I despise the notion of her being stuck in a cage all day. Hubby said "what if we need them to watch our dog one day?"
Really? Heck no. She is a terrible pet owner and I would not ever ask her to watch my fur babies. (I have actually told her that I think this so I am not being a malicious gossip) I am rather opinionated about how pets should be cared for.
About a month ago she told me how she found a puppy on Craigslist that she wanted ....... I told her that she needed to take care of the pets she has before she even thinks about getting another. For example her dog is kept in the cage and her cat is always escaping the house. Neither have ANY shots and are not fixed.

i might help to pm the mods if you think something is not correctly done. we have a kind of "resident mod", Mike. you can ask him anything you want. everyone knows that Mike is a great guy. other mods might not be that cool, but when we go on a flame war, we just bring more mods in and we make Mike feel bad.

The fact is that I actually could not be RUN off, it would be a personal decision if I chose to take that route, or just push the envelope but that really would accomplish nothing, however, I have other issues on my plate as well as everyone else does and this place, specifically this section has become my home away from home and all of the people I have met in here are some of the best people I have never met (face to face)
, that said, there are reasons that are policies and they are needed, however, there also needs to be some checks and balances, nobody and I mean nobody is any better then someone else and as humans we all make mistakes are prone to in the moment reactions/actions. Even when I was in the Army and you are supposed to do whatever you are told without question, there is the fact that there are some situations that you have the ability to decline what you are told, this however is a very small area to deal in, the fact is that there should always be some way to address a specific issue or problem. I have seen good decision made as well as some that just make me shake my head and some fall within an area that could actually be of contention. So, at this point, this is as far as I am going to go on this. There are so many people here that I would miss if something were to happen, and I most certainly like most others do need a good laugh or advice etc. The bottom line is, if I am wrong then I am wrong, if I'm right, then I'm right, I will not stand for someone telling me that this is what I am giving you and you will like it or not. I was never built that way and never will be.
You'd be even more surprised - the state of extract has dramatically changed in the last 5 years or so. Going AG is a lot of fun, though, and you can make beers that just aren't possible with extract. Not to mention the cost difference. It doesn't take too many batches to pay for the extra gear. The step is rather intimidating for most, but it's so simple.

I left for a few days in the first month I joined because of it... and have come really close to a permanent vacation numerous other times. McDonald's doesn't care though. There are some moderators who never come in here to say hi or tell us anything about
themselves, but will pop in occasionally to look for violations then delete and leave nasty
comments.
They lack tact, humor, and aren't friendly or approachable at all.
It's like they (no names mentioned of course) are just on some sort of power
kick cuz they have nothing better to do.
There is a way to get the point across and get the job done and be nice
about it, ya know? You don't just jump into a thread and start deleting
and removing without ticking people off.
