Congratulations on your Vamo :thumb: I'm glad you bought some quality batteries. If you want to continue with using 18350s, I would suggest buying quality batteries as well...the batteries included in the kit are generally crapola. You'll get the hang of the settings very soon :) Imagine how much MBV you can plow through now with a great vv mod...

You've officially caught the bug...the next stop on the vaping train is RBAs :D

Thank you! :)

I've been eyeing those... yes, I have. But I'm a little afraid of them. The issue is Diabetic Neuropathy in my hands.... I don't think I could build a coil with these hands. But, you never know.

The flavors are so much tastier on this Vamo, so far. Is it all in my head? Or does the increase in power (and voltage) make that much of a difference?

I'm plowing through a tobacco/fruity mix right now and it is divine. And the clouds.. Good Lord! :vapor:

Go back and try some of your favorite flavors again with the Vamo. The taste can be so much more now with an increase in watts.

Can someone help me please?
I am trying make a strawberry lemonade flavor and I am quite confused on the "parts" option. I want it to be a 60% strawberry and 40% lemonade. How would I go about on doing this?
It might just be me but i can't figure this out lol
You need to divide your flavors into 6 parts for a 15ml bottle. 4 parts strawberry=2/3 (67%) and 2 parts lemon=1/3 (33%). That is the closest you can get to a 60/40 split with the "Build Your Own" juice option.

EDIT: They do already have Freckled Lemonade as a strawberry lemonade flavor...you could try that one as well. I haven't had it, so I can't tell you which flavor is dominant in their mix but I would guess lemon is dominant. Otherwise, they would call it something like Lemon Strawberryade.

That's what I thought at first but when it said all orders need to add up to 12 parts I got confused.

12 parts is for bottles larger than 15ml :) For a 30ml bottle, you could try 7 parts strawberry (58%) and 5 parts lemon (42%).

EDIT: 50ml and 236ml bottles each have their own parts requirements...

Got some coffee caramel today.. it's so rich.. i love it!

Got this one on my last order, all I get is coffee, so hoping steeping will bring out the caramel more.

On another note, strawberry shortcake is the bomb, butterscotch was my no.1, but everyday the strawberry steeps, it only gets better and getting close to over taking my butterscotch.

    I got my Vamo today!

I tried playing with the wattage, but I don't know enough about it yet. Right now I'm just using the Voltage settings.

I love it! It's gorgeous, the Vamo V3, with a spiral cut in to the body. Some don't like it, but I think it's pretty and easy to hold. I rcvd 2 18350 batteries and a charger with it. 2 no name small clearos that work really well. A two-bay charger and the small and large extension tubes.

Thanks to Vapor Joe, I got a really good deal before the coupon expired. Heh.

Anyway, loving this. Tested some juices at a higher voltage and they really shined. I'm pretty impressed with the Vamo V3! Can't wait to work through all my juices and find their 'happy place'.

ETA: I also bought 2 Panasonic 18650 batteries for rotation. Just ordered the Nitecore IntelliCharger i4 Charger - 2nd Generation to use as my main charger. Should be here Wednesday.
I am waiting still for my Vamo so I am kinda jealous ;) I am really glad to hear that you think there is a diff in taste gives me more reason to be excited about my first Advanced device

I usually am a 100%VG or Distilled Water/VG. Its refreshing and YUMMY. Thanks MBV!!!!!! Great as usual! The Kanger Tank is rolling tonight :D

I'm hoping maybe eggnog might be the right mixer for that after dinner mint project

Consider trying some of the Cucumber Mint too with your experimentation. The cucumber goes away with Whipped Cream, and the resulting mint is soft. The flavor was not exactly that butter mint flavor, but it was airy and definitely going in that direction. I hope you find what you're looking for :thumb:

Alright so I just ordered pink lemonade and caramel apple. I didn't do the extra shots. should I let them steep or just try them out of the mail box? I really hate to wait when I order things online.
Out of the two flavors, Pink Lemonade is more likely to be vapable out of the mailbox. Caramel Apple will probably need a bit of a steep to blend well. This seems to be especially true if you are vaping max VG.

I tried my Caramel Apple right out of the mailbox and poured it back into the bottle.
I had a lot of flavors to vape and at the time I was starting DIY so it set for about a month.
When I tried it then I ordered a bottle of Caramel Apple flavoring to make more :)
Dunno if it took 2 weeks or a month but it's good and tasty at a month.

    80/20 18mg +1 flavor shot

I ordered both at 65/35. what I get at my local B&M is 70/30
I'm still guessing the Pink Lemonade will be better to try first. The 2 lemonade flavors I have tried are pretty assertive, and calmed and blended a bit quickly. In my experience, the caramel flavors are a bit funky at first and benefit from a steep. It's only the max VG flavors that seem to need much more thorough steeping, so I think you should be good to go within a week of traditional steeping.

BTW, if your B&M orders juice from a vendor, then it has likely been pre-steeped just by sitting on the shelf before you buy it. MBV mixes it when you order.
