Ended up getting a kayfun mini v3....great MTL. My girlfriend was also kind enough to replace my Russian 91 brushed bless her heart. Funny thing though, I dropped my nic and started lung inhales, me likes!!! Now I just need to snatch up as many 22mm tanks as I can, 24 and 25 won't look good on any of my mods
lung inhales on a russian 91% ???? surely not? you must have lungs of titanium..

Sorry I wasn't clear, it's a griffin lol. I've had it for some time but didn't use it much cuz it doesn't suit MTL. I was just saying my girlfriend bought me a Russian to replace the one I had 2 yrs ago and lost. I am finding that I like lung inhales(griffin) and still like all my MTL attys., still can't beat the flavor of my origin genny with mesh

My vote is the Merlin single coil tank. It is a mouth to lung then if you want a lung tank with more air you unscrew and remove the restrictor in the air channel. Huge post holes if you want to experiment with Clapton wire or custom built coils. Simple to use juice control. Great tanks. I can not comment on the Merlin mini as I do not own one. Holds to little juice for my liking. I have to fill my 3 1/2 ml way to often. LOL CHEERS!

I vote the Cthulhu MTL RTA. using the 1.6mm resister, it is the best m2l atomizer.
That is the problem with MTL. I consider myself a mtler but I need a 2.4mm restrictor. I also agree with DPL on the Siren being pretty well perfect.

I vaped only SS mesh for 6 years, just recently gave it up and moved on to cotton, I'm still not used to it though and sometimes not sure if I even like it.... Problem is there were like two Genisis atty's made in the last 2 years. (I mean proper genisis atty's, designed for mesh, not those cotton "gta's" that have been coming out lately)

Genisis atty's are great for mtl though, if you're set on using them try some of the newer ones like the in'ax or nextgen. not having to leave them upright was a game changer, for me at least.

I'll throw in for the Digiflavor Siren, which I love (and am not alone). Marvelous MTL option.

I agree with DPLongo22 on the Siren, fantastic flavor and good mtl tank.

I guess I just like buying new gear( as I'm sure most of us do) my origens are fantastic. I can carry them anywhere with no leaking. It is frustrating that the industry has changed the meaning of a Genesis atty. I would like to get an in'ax at some point. Thanks for the suggestions people!!!

I've never wanted anything else after discovering these a few years ago.

Thanks for the replies, I typically use my Origen tanks 6 ml and 4 ml and use mesh wicks. I want a nice high end cotton topper, but can't find anyplace that sells them apart from vapinart, and they are the vendor that wont accept payment. Anyone know where I can get a kayfun mini v3?? I have the cash just don't have the place to purchase from
I just ordered a Kayfun mini V3 clone from 3F Vape in China, 15 bucks shipped. You can also get from fasttech but they don't appear to have the SV logo on them and they cost more. I have a KF plus V2 clone (nice MTL but not top fill like the V3 & 5. Also have an SXK KF mini V5 very well made but just a little too airy for my taste, and the reducer inserts you can buy for a tighter fit don't fit it.

Not surprising. I bought the sxk mini for my gf's authentic, to nano-size it and to have a cheap source of spare parts. Except about half the parts don't even fit, on the deck the neg screw won't go all the way down and the positive post wasnt in it, it came in the bag but when I tried to put it in it won't fit at all. Its a good thing all she needed was the upper part, but she won't be able to make an extra kayfun bc the rest of it is a paperweight.

On the other hand I bought the mini sxk taifun gt3 to do the same thing for my authentic taifun gt3, (mini-size it). on that one the quality is 10x better than the kayfun and all the parts fit, but in my personal opinion the taifun gt3 is a much simpler and better designed tank, though my gf would probably disagree with me on that

But it is imo easier for mtl'ing, all you have to do is unscrew the base and slide in the peek inserts, I have one in now and they go from a slightly restricted lung hit to a fully restricted mtl with the AFC open all the way.

Some of those who vaped on 1mm AFs in gennies etc might disagree that the GT3 with the insert is anything like a restricted M2L!! lol!

The taifun insert is like, ~2mm, these days that is plenty restricted mtl for me.

Try them side-by-side as a reminder of the difference haha!! - 2mm is a lot less restricted than 1!!!! 4x less in fact :)

I've actually gotten more used to the looser draws, at first I didn't like it though.
