Multiple battery amp limit

Hey guys i'm currently using a wismec rx300 with 4xsamsung 25r 2500mah and a ijoy limitless plus rdta with dual alien coil reading now 0.2, my fear is that the max amp limit is 20A and on the screen it shows that current amp is 18-19 while on 70 watts. Now my primary doubt is that values shown the amp being passed to the atomizer or the amp being requeste from the batteries, if it's from the batteries is it from individual battery or the 4?
And last doubt will i be safe to vape at 70w my 0.2 coil? Even if voltage shown on mod are too high?

The amp displayed on the screen is a meaningless output amps ( from "chip" to delivery device) it has nothing to do with battery amp demand (input).

A 20 amp battery is conservatively good for 60 watts. So four batteries is good for 240 watts.
