:( Have had my 510 kit for just over two weeks, didn't realize it but is a knock off. Now getting a very hard draw and very little vapor. I think it might be the atty's but I have cleaned them several times in 91 alcohol and no improvement. Does anyone know what I should try or do I need to replace the atty? I got my eGo today so I am fine but my hubby wants my 510 and I can't get it to work right for him.

Maybe a long shot, but are you screwing the atty on too tight? It only needs to make contact.
Also, do you get good airflow when you blow through the atty itself?
Are the batteries holding up ok?

I make sure it isn't too tight and just checked it now, unscrewing a little more and it still has same effect. The batteries last about 2 hours of heavy vaping. The atomizers do get very hot quickly, could they be burning out?

Clone atty on Joye battery, if that is your set-up, will produce less vapour. The Joye batteries are regulated down to ~3.2v, the clone atties are made for the full 3,7v. That is very noticeable.

I bought them as a kit and they worked great for a few days, then changed to the other atty and same thing worked great for few days and then back to the same problem.

I run hot water through mine. Make sure it has a decent flow through, blow it out with water in it, see if its blocked.
put it back on the device, activate it while blowing across the atomizer a couple seconds at a time, maybe 6 times total. drop a couple drops in and check it see if its better.

I just tried that and does seem to have better vapor but nothing like when it was new. I will have him try it when he wakes up. Still has a hard draw so he likely won't like it but will repeat it a few times and see what happens. Thank you for the help.

How old is it? Some people recommend a dry burn, others soaking.

Eventually all atomizers wear out, some keep trying even though there just not as good as they once were.

When mine slow down I pull the bridge and drip with them. By pulling the bridge one can see the coils and do a dry burn with a visual. Frankly most last a little longer, but still they stop working at some point.

I wish I could get one to last 2 weeks, but thats me, I vape at 4.5V and up. Your kits pretty mild at 3.2V and an atomizer should be good for a while longer than mine are. But still they are the weak link so they say.
What juices do you use? Vendor, color, VG/PG

I have been using Wet Your Stick E-Liquid juice and all are pg.

I dont know any thing about their liquids, sorry. The liquids that you use can play a part in atomizer failure. Some tend to build up deposits on the coil in the atomizer which then breaks. And some that I have used have clogged the air holes which would give you a bad draw. Since 2-4 of these holes are located inside of the unit and cant be seen its impossible to know if they are plugged, other than the failure of the atty. Soaking over night might help.
Some vendors go the extra mile to make sure their liquids are atomizer friendly, but not all. I know of a couple if your interested PM me. Not that any one cares what I think, its probably best to be discrete.

Iv removed the fibers that are under the bridge on my joye brand attys and that eased up the draw and helped with the vapor on the one ones that were tight but I have no idea if that would work on your. In fact, Ive never heard of anyone doing that, just something I tried.

That's a pretty bad idea if you still want to use carts on your atty, because the fibers are there for a reason. Wicking the liquid from the cart to the coil, to be precise. Soaking in hot water gets the fibers clean again.

I soaked one overnight, going to dry it out and try it now, thank you.

You're going to need new attys at some point anyway. I'd get a few just to see if they solve your problem. In any event, I've found that isopropyl alcohol--even the 91% stuff--doesn't do much on a seriously fouled atty. It's more for daily or every-other-day maintenance. Do you have any vodka in the house, or denatured alcohol?
