My 901 Arrived Today - Some Quick Questions....

I plugged in the battery about 30 minutes ago - it is blinking green but it is my understanding that I need to let it fully charge for 8 hours??

In the meantime, what else will I need to do in order to prep for my first hit later tonight? I saw on another thread that the atomizer needs to be blown out (maybe that was suggested because the user tried a few puffs before charging the battery and said it tasted something nasty?)

Also, I ordered the chocolate cartridges but instead received cherry. Does anyone have any feedback on the cherry flavor cartridges?

Anything else that I should know before I try to vape later today?

I would let your batteries charge at least 8 hours before using...Blowing on the atomizer from the battery side might clean out some of the primer fluid! Not sure where your kit came from...so can't give you an update on the cherry carts.Happy VapingThe Wiz!

Yes, I bought some JC Peach Cobbler juice, but also ordered the pre-flavored cartridges.

I am really confused though. I unscrewed the battery from the atomizer, but I can't figure out where to put the cartridge as I don't see anything that resembles a 'blank cartridge with a cap' Do I take the tapered tip off (the part that goes in your mouth) and put it in there? BTW, I have the black DSE901 ordered from VaporGuys.

Please help this noob, please

Yeah, take the mouthpiece off. The cartridge goes in there. There may be a blank cartridge (one not filled with stuffing) in there (I never bought a 901 so not sure). If so, just put one of your pre-filled ones in instead.

Good luck! I bought a 901 as my 1st ecig. I figured i`d try it, in order to cut down to maybe 1-5 analogs per day. So, after setting one battery on charge, I found the other had some power so i dove right in and started vaping (16mg carts). I thought I`ll reward myself with an analog every evening and every morning, but as I found i didnt need them, and with a bit of willpower was able to completely give up from that day my 901 arrived. I`m now down to 8mg ejuice as was getting headaches with the higher nic dose. I generally feel much better, have some issues with stomach ache (feel like I`ve pulled a muscle in my stomach) and the ubiquitous gas problems but i really dont know how attributable these are to the ecig. I intend to move down to 4mg carts next month.

Anyhoo, let us know how you get on.
