I promise to calm down before sending e-mails, I got it working had to go back to dripping with 3.0 atty the adapter and 808's (which I had used thru a whole cycle on batts) must have caused a problem. I just dont understand why it pushed the thumbwheel to tight, maybe batts are different lengths?,meh its working for now and I do love it....will let you know (calmly) if I have anymore trouble. I just dont like sparks what can I say....LOL

Guys just to let you know Mike has been on this all evening trying to fix this he has gone out of his way to help me out and figure out what was wrong. I think that I realize that I need something a little more rugged.....So I am now the proud owner of a BUZZ
