I completely retract my juice review on freedomsmokers.com

I was wrong to jump and bash a good company and I take full responsibility for my actions

I talked to Chris and he’s an amazing guy and im getting the situation taken care of. Chris is an amazing guy and he runs an A+++ company

I will always do business with freedomsmokers.com :wub:

I like Chris, I cannot lie. I've only ordered from him once which was fairly recent (a week ago.) I simply ordered because of everyone's recommendations. The double flavoring grabbed my attention.

Although, I blame myself for allowing to blow my own expectations out of the water. I couldn't help but to be a little disappointed. His liquid wasn't bad at all, actually very good nic and throat hit. The flavor seem to match much of the liquid I had gotten from other sites. Only problem is I was expecting double flavoring to be a noticeable double amount of taste sensation.

I contacted him about it that day, and he offered to send me extra flavoring. Thought that was cool, but I couldn't except that. I genuinely thought I ordered wrong and was supposed to state that I wanted double or triple the flavor. But of course, his offer still stands and as soon as he has the 48mg ready, I'll order again and he'll most likely just add it with out asking.

Here is the biggest plus asside from his willingness to please.

I have not ever received the full amount of liquid from any of the 15+ sellers I've purchased from. EVER! I ordered 60ml, I got 60ml. As I told him, I would order from him again just based on that!

Sweet! :) I knew if you talked to him you would be able to work everything out!! He is a really cool guy and takes good care of his customers.

Why was this moved to supplier forum? It's ok to bash suppliers in public but to retract and apologize gets it moved?

Anyway, glad you were able to resolve your issues xsmooth69x. That's what Chris does, solve problems - no customer left unhappy. Hope it all goes better from now on!

Enjoying some XX grape myself.. I keep sampling but I always come back to grape. :)

    Isn't it time to put this to rest? Informing others about your experience is one thing, and appreciated. This is turning into more of a stalking vendetta from what I can see. You're ....... Duly noted. Even understandable.

    Following threads that give credit to a company, though, after making your opinion plain in several other places,...now you're just thread-stalking, and losing credibility, honestly.

    Maybe Chris should change that motto to '100% of satisfiable customers satisfied'?

    I was following the thread that this one was in reference to before I made a purchase from my freedom smokes. It just so happened that I disagreed with the poster's comment about every customer being satisfied. No thread stalking or vendetta here.. it is what it is.. Where is my opinion being made plain in several other places? I count 1... if you're counting the other place where my opinion was made plain, it was deleted, because,, well, i'll keep my thoughts to myself..

    I think I can safely speak for the majority here. You have redundently made your point, over and over and over in more than enough threads and I (we) are sick of hearing about it.

    If I am speaking unjustly and there are others who would really like to continue this endless melodramatic rant, please feel to correct me. Othewise.... refer to the opening statement.

    i redundAntly (check your spelling buddy) made a point about what? my previous post had ZERO to do with anything I've spoken about before... why not speak in words instead of abbreviations? Again, what is it that I'm ranting about? The fact that the guy that wrote 2 posts above you wrote in expressions instead of words? When else have I posted about that? Please let me know.
