My battery won't shut off

My replacement battery I received 2 weeks ago won't shut off.
I took a drag and it stayed lit for about 20 seconds. I put it in my back pocket and went outside. About 30 minutes later I felt it burning my ..... I thought it was a bug biting me. I took it out of my back pocket and it was glowing. It turned on by itself in my pocket and would not turn off. I left it in the car so I don't know how long it was on. Anyway- when I received this battery and put it into the the charger it would glow ORANGE.after recharging..not red and green. It would go from Red to Orange. I thought this was odd but I continued to use it because it was working. Is there anyway to fix this battery? Like remove it from the case or something...I would rather fix it if I can than wait for a replacement.

Have you contacted customer care yet? They will get it replaced for you. I'm assuming it is an auto, correct? If so then the switch is just messed up in it. It happens, they will take care of ya. :vapor:

I had this occur on only two of my batteries:
One was brand new, a manual regular length. I emailed and they said to certainly send it back, and if I was placing an order in the near future they would include a replacement in the order, or send me a new one if I wasn't planning on ordering right away. No questions or need to analyze it first. They just automatically offered to take care of it.

They did send me a replacement in my next order, actually before the one I returned reached them. I have another one I just got about two weeks ago, and it was doing that this morning. Would just flash non-stop, so I got it to shut off by tapping it hard in my palm, and left it alone all day. I'm going to try charging it this evening. I have three manuals, and I only carry two with me, so the third doesn't get used much, however I had it out last night. I think I need to put it in rotation as well to break it in, and the switch will most likely solve it's own issue with some regular use.

I'm not bashing their batts by any means, just that they sell sooo many batteries, probably hundreds to the three I've heard of that have a touchy switch! They will most certainly get you a replacement again, I'm sure. I have found their products to be superior to anyone else, by far. I don't know where their liquids come from either, but I think they taste the best of any. And it's probably the same as some others' liquids, but for some reason, it just taste the best to me:2cool:

That I totally agree with. I ran out of juice so I went to the vendor in the mall, it was 30 bucks for a 5ml bottle but my shipment was due in a day or two so I said to hell with it I'll buy it. God the menthol tasted like crap! V4L has the best flavored juices IMO!
