Any advice on how to restore my copper stillare. Back to it's original beauty. I have metal polish. But that don't seem like a safe idea oh and I want to clean the whole thing screws,deck and all
my beautiful copper is now just eh

I use ketchup to clean up my copper/brass mods and atties. I would just use soap, water, and a soft brush on everything else. Children's toothbrushes work great.
Ok comment/question on the ketchup I've tried it before let it sit for a little while and scrubbed with a soft scratchy pad and i mean I did look good but not what I was really expecting. So do I need to scrub with a harder pad? And how long should I have it in there? Thanks for the help by the way
Many good products to buff it up like new. I like jewelers cloth and a buffing compound. To keep it from oxidizing I put a light sealer on it. Take it all apart. De gunk your switch and threads than buff and seal. Voila!
+1 for the ketchup. I just put a dab on it then rub it with my finger. You can leave it siting but that's up to you. Then I wash it off. I also use mothers mag polish on my copper tobh to shine it up then wash it with soap and water cause I don't want to inhale the polish. Copper is beautiful but high maintenance... Hope that helps
Baking soda and vinegar. Let it soak, then rinse well. Use a large open container because of vinegar's reaction with baking soda. This solution shines up my copper pots in the kitchen as well!
lemon juice will clean it quickly, but won't leave the glossy shine that a good polish will do.
What I usually do though, is attach a 510 thread from an old cartomizer (for mods) or a 510 adapter from one of my ohm readers (for attys) into my drill. Then I screw on my device and run the drill while holding some cape cod cloth on it. Then I run the drill with a microfiber cloth to get the polish off. If its an atomizer or drip tip, then I do the last step of rinsing it in the sink, just so I don't get polish in my mouth.
The whole process takes about 5 minutes and leaves my copper in beautiful shining condition. I polish anything that looks dirty and I am not trying to patina at least once a week. Just did my XXIX, FUhattan, Paragon, and Vapetasia drip tip yesterday. They are so shiny!

Get a Brilliant Polishing Cloth, best thing ever!!! Hobby Lobby carries them, amazing....and Brilliant!!
Alright awesome answers. But quick question. Since Hawaiian nate. Brought up mothers mag polish. I have medallion. Metal polish would this be fine for the outside??
