You say it yourself, e-cigs... e-cigarette. Even if we don't like it, an e-cig is considered a type of cigarette... but that doesn't mean it contains tobacco. There are other types of cigarettes like herbal, mint, etc... e-paper isn't made of paper... e-mail isn't mail as far as physical stuff being transported by the postal system etc,. and due to this I have conceded to agree that an e-cig is a cig, but a very special type. I don't think e-cig even means a vaporizer... it could burn leaf with a coil for all I care... actually, they had something like that once upon a time if I remember correctly. Although I concede to the term, I don't believe others have to. Due to confusions like this when "e" is put in front of another word France actually passed something or another years back in an attempt to get people to stop doing it and stick to native language words that meet the definition of the item.
I agree with you and I don't think you are paranoid. If BT kills e-cigs through regulation and taxation, as far as they are concerned it's a win. If they can sell them and just compete, it's a win for them. What I think they are doing is trying to lump 'vaping' with 'e-cigs' with 'tobacco'. They want it all seen in the same boat right now... but only to a degree. The Vuze commercial says they are the most advanced, designed and made in the USA. I call BS on all three statements. BLU got in to tobacco shops by telling store owners it was made in the USA too... and maybe the ONE they had in their hand (prototype) was... but we all know as soon as orders were placed they started bringing them in from overseas.
But if someone were to call them out on it, then I think they would say there is a difference between AVP's like DNA powered devices and such, and the Vuze... hence Vuze are the most advanced e-cig. Don't tell me a device with a display and even a screensaver image or bluetooth control is less advanced than a remarketed/revamped BLU!
That's awesome and a double win. I don't have any stores as I don't do any business in vape products/etc (except buying of course)... but I do financially support the vaping of two other people. I supply all their juice and gear moving forward.
Finally someone who gets it... a jury generally has the real power... and they have the ability to find someone not guilty based on not agreeing with the law itself. Although, that is assuming it goes to jury, all facts can be released, they don't bankrupt you in the process and that the judge doesn't overturn the jury decision... and, assuming tanks don't accidentally set your compound,... I mean building... on fire with you inside. Even if the point was to save innocent women and children from you by getting them out of your building ("doin' it for the children")... that doesn't prohibit killing everyone in a fire, because for some... that's another way to 'save' someone. You never know, they might find 'explosive chemicals' in your building and then blow up the evidence.
yeah, I probably took it to a new level there,...
