my biggest test to date

well today i have reached officially the 3 week mark no analogs !!!!
also today begins my biggest test to date . 2 of my staff begin their vacations today and the rest of us have to step up and cover the Hrs, yeah the $$$ is Great but the hrs are a nightmare to the point that i dont even know what day it is anymore .
i will be trapped in my office for the next 13 days 12 hrs a day no days off , with my laptop my coffee and my protank ... i made it through the first 48 hrs , then a week then 2 and as of today the 3 week mark on this journey lets see if my PV can get past the big strain of the next 13 days that officially begins in 1 hr .

You will make it. You sound determined and focused and you can vape at work. All in your favor. And if you find you have to have a cigarette, it is not the end of the world. You need to get though this stressful time in one piece. Just try vaping for 10 or so minutes, before you have the cigarette. For me the cravings and need pass by then. Good luck and we are here to help. Don't be afraid to come ask for help if you need it.

One day a time, just choose to vape for today, no uck nasty cigs today. that's how it's done, then when it's tomorrow, start over, I will only vape today, not nasty cigs, only vape today....... Easy as falling asleep.

Congratulations on reaching the 3-week mark. You've got it licked. Just keep on vaping, and be sure to have a backup handy just in case! You can do it!

Like the above posters have said. One day at a time. You can keep it up. I've recently had serious stressors with my wife having a couple of seizures and being diagnosed with brain cancer. The temptation to smoke was great. Kept my vape close and used it when the urge struck.
