Haha! No, I was talking about the features. I have had some doubts about PHPBB3 for a while now and vbulletin seems to offer the solutions to my doubts.

Only problem is how to import the database..............

Oh, yeah, I agree with you about the features ;)

As for the import, there is a whole import system that they have developed for various forum softwares (called ImpEx). It definately supports phpBB.

I had done such an import 3 years ago, from SMF to vBulletin. The important data (users, threads, posts) were transferred to vBulletin with no problem. I lost the polls (although it was supposed to support them), avatars, some profile info such as gender. Also users had to reset their password the first time they entered the forum after the import (which kinda makes sense as probably SMF encrypted passwords on a different way I guess). I hope these problems are fixed now (its been 3 years since that).

I would strongly recommend vBulletin though, I loved it since the first day and I'm still in love with it :)
