Personally, only from what I've read I believe the graham cracker/nutty flavor comes from another tobacco and honey from yet another. The raisin notes clearly come from black mile or black mile plus or that type tobacco. So maybe one of those two, someone mentioned a black honey tobacco(not sure on name,I don't have it) and a nutty type tobacco like t5 or something along that flavor line. It's tough, didn't even know vaping existed when he created bobas and definitely not a clue to what was available as far as flavoring around then. A long time vets input on flavoring available at the time would be great. Get that tobacco base figured out then the additional notes if needed.

Edit: that's if the info that seems pretty solid we have is correct or close to accurate. It would be hilarious if it's like 2 ingredients...

Has anyone had experience with the wine, whiskey, brandy, absinthe, rum type flavors? I have some but, haven't mixed any yet. Wondering if it's the three tobaccos and "his friends favorite drink". I have some black mile plus coming. Either way it's a great base. Everything I've mixed with plain black mile had been vapable thus far. Not good, but not going down the sink either...

I wouldn't be awfully surprised if there was a hint of an alcoholic flavoring. Many members have reported that their breath smelled of alcohol after vaping Boba's. My fiancee told me the same one day. That doesn't mean that it's because of an alcoholic flavoring, but it also means that it could, I suppose.

I'm of a mind that some, if not all, of the flavorings used comes from DIY Flavorshack. At one time, they had VG tobacco flavorings, but no longer. My guess is that they sell exclusively to Ben now. Every time I email them to see if they're available, I either get no response, or that they don't carry it right now. Who knows.

I've tried whiskey and beer, sort of like a shot and a beer with tobacco, whiskey and coke, whiskey and Dr. Pepper. I thought they were all very good with the whiskey and soft drink flavors being closest. I added a nut mix to all of them too because I can't stand AP. Anyway, I came close enough for me, it was a fun game. I just order it from Ben if I want any now.

Agree 101%. Funny I was thinking that because I scour a lot of the older threads and there's a LOT mentioning diyfs and their vg flavors. Then you go there and there's only like 4vg flavors. Good for them. She benefits from Ben's success. Really nice people from my dealings thus far. Website could be spruced up a bit. Just organizationally....

The thing that's still got me confused is his little 'secret ingredient' thing. The juice used to get darker when you ordered a higher mg nicotine content. He also won't sell 0mg tobacco vapes. This leads me to believe that either 1. he's adding some sort of flavor/extract to his nicotine to enhance his tobacco mixes, or 2. he's oxidizing his nicotine for tobacco mixes. I highly doubt its the latter as we all know very well what old nasty nicotine tastes like, so I'm pretty sure there's some little secret ingredient he's adding to his tobacco mixes. I want to say its a tincture/essential oil like oregano or something, but who knows.

I've never tried Tobacco Absolute so I haven't a clue to its taste or smell. Afaik that contains nicotine, correct? That would explain the lack of zero nicotine offering if it's one of the tobaccos. And now it seems impossible to find anywhere. I've found some but, not somewhere where I'd be sure I'm getting the TA everyone refers...

While I think we can't make an exact I do think we can possibly use things that are similar. Like there's black and mild, black mile, mild black and so forth. And hopefully there's something like that for what we think the other two tobaccos are...
I have stuff coming like honey black, captain...and a already ridiculous flavor inventory. My shelf/shelves scream OCD.

Here is something interesting that I ran across. I have been looking for a good honey flavor and have tried a few that I didn't care for. I ran across some Seedman's Honey so I ordered a vial just to try. I mixed 2 separate 5ml bottles to test the flavor. One 100% VG and the other 50/50 both at 3% at 18mg nic. After a lot of shaking and hot baths I loaded up the dripper. Nice honey flavor but nothing special so I put them away for 2 weeks to steep.

After the 2 weeks I tried them again. First the 50/50. The honey flavor is much more developed both inhale and exhale. Second the 100% vg. Same nice honey flavor on the inhale, but on the exhale I got this raisin flavor with the honey that I have tasted before somewhere. Then the lightbulb came on. I grabbed my Bobba's and I get that same raisin taste on exhale with Bobba's along with everything else but it is for sure there. I was curious as to why I didn't get that with the 50/50. I cleaned the dripper out and put in new cotton and tried the 50/50 again. Same results, no raisin on exhale. Another cleaning with fresh cotton and tried the 100% vg again and there it is. That raisin note on exhale.

I can't tell you why it is in one and not the other. Could just be my taste buds but who knows. Take that for what it's worth but I can tell you Seedmans Honey is very nice after 2 weeks on its own and is a great vape.

Wow, thats pretty interesting, that could be part of the puzzle that is bobas. I have been looking for a decent honey, looks like its off to seedmans. Good find Yoda!

I found black jack plus from diyfs interesting. The concentrate isn't available. "Cigar with a wine undertone". Also not listed in their tobacco section.
Very unique flavor and does have a"tingle"at the finish.

Will mix it with some black mile and black honey. I use the 20d per ml ratio. I know with pg flavoring it's actually 30 and vg 22. I've already created the environment. All my recipes use it. Use the same tip on all my bottles. The e liquid calculator I use allows you to adjust the ratio. I would think most do. Anyway, will update after a little steep...

I was at Flavor Shack today, and they have the regular Black Jack as a flavor concentrate finally. I don't know about the plus though. I am not sure about the website. If it isn't there, maybe email them. I love their black jack, it is great with Holy Vanilla.

Is it like a black and mild? Hard to distinguish with the plus. Though I only tasted the second it arrived. Waiting on black honey and captain to arrive to mix.
