So I made a second batch and re-worked the prior recipe.

I made a 10ml batch at 12mg 30PG/70VG

6% Black & Mild (VZ)
3% Cinnamon Danish (TFA)
1.5% Graham Cracker (TFA)
1.5% Toasted Almond (TFA)
1% Coconut (VZ)
1% Mts vape Wizard (FA)

I like the reduced Graham Cracker. I can't really taste the Toasted Almond, yet.

Sounds Good. I tried a similar version with Black walnut. It was OK But I didn't get the flavors that I was hoping for. I will try a batch of this one next.

Just an update on a few things I have been persuing on this project. I got some VZ SC Hazelnut. It is very strong. At 2.5% it tastes like coffee. lol. I used a drop or 2 of the 2.5% in a few mixes and it gets better. You can taste the hazelnut and some Graham cracker notes. I'm still playing with this one.

VZ has some new Tobaccos. SC Old Captain at 2.5% it has a very nice dry tobacco flavor(similar to a flue cured) and it also has some of the sweet honey notes similar to the SM Captain Black. I will be playing with this one some more also. I'm starting with 2.5% Old Captain, 2% SC Chocolate (VZ) and 1% SC Coconut (VZ).

They also had Sept Wolves and Carolina tobacco.

The B & H is good. I just ordered some of the Old Captain and Brown sugar too. Very anxious to try the Old Captain.

Just placed an order from VZ for

-Black and Mild
-B & H
-Old Captain
-Coconut

Also placed an order from WL for more VG, Brown sugar flavoring (finally!), and some more bottles. :D

Soon I shall attempt the game of Boba's Clone listed within this thread. I'll report immediately when possible.

Has anyone ever tasted 1 year old Boba's? I have.

Last week before the holidays my friend brought a sample bottle of Boba's that he had bought about a year ago. He had forgoten about it and it had about a ml left in it. I loaded up 3 drops in my atty and vaped away. :vapor:

The first image that popped in my head was a pine tree air freshener that you hang on your rear view mirror. It was nasty.

Anyway, I have been mixing up some of the old tobacco's that I didn't care for when I started vaping 7 months ago and guess what tastes like 1 year old Boba's?

TFA 555 tobbaco at 2.5% and Tobacco Absolute blend at 1% steeped 1 week.

I mixed up some Cinnamon Danish, Graham Cracker, Commercial Tobacco, Coconut and Smooth and it tastes really good right off the bat. I'm letting it steep. I wish I had some of the MTS Vape Wizard.

I tried that same version a while back and It was good. I'll have to look at my notes to see which one it was and see how it steeped. I have test baches of all the versions I have tried for the past 6 weeks.

The MTS Vape Wizard is basically the same as TPA Smooth except VW is brown and Smooth is clear. They both taste and smell the same to me.

So the 555 and the Tobacco Absolute taste as bad as the year old Boba's? Is that what you are saying?

Glass, if you do not mind can you share the percentages in this recipe? Thanks!

Ok, I went back through my notes and I used Commercial very early on in the process in batch #4. It was before I started using the VZ super concentrates. After 5 weeks of steeping batch 4, the coconut and mts vape wizard is all I can taste. lol

The recipe for batch 4 was
8% MTS vape Wizard
7% TFA Cinnamon Danish
1% SM Commercial Tobacco
1% TFA Coconut Extra

I'll have to try commercial again in the current version of the recipe.

glassmanoak, what percentages did you use?

This is what I used:

This is for 5 ML -

1% Brown Sugar TFA
2% Cinnamon Danish TFA
2% Banana Nut Bread TFA
2% Graham Cracker TFA
2 drops Commercial Tobacco TFA
1% Coconut FA
2 drops TFA Smooth
It's not Boba's but it's where I'm starting. I'm going to get TFA honey because I'm sure I taste honey in both Boba's and Gorilla Juice.

6 drops of black and mild flavor
2 drops of cotton candy
2 drops of coconut

Okay, I finally get to play. I mixed the above recipe, although tweaked it a little differently.

3 drops (VZ) Black and Mild
1 drop (VZ) Coconut
3 drops (TFA) Smooth (which to me, smells like ethyl maltol)

Honestly, it's not a bad blend. I don't know if it's quite Boba's, in my humble opinion, but not bad. It's been almost 3 months since I last tasted Boba's, but prior to that, I have been vaping it exclusively for nearly a year.

The Coconut adds a little more sweetness to it, and the Smooth seems to cuts off any harsh tones. The flavor isn't identical to what I remember, which really isn't my main issue. My issue is that it's missing that spiciness. I'm half tempted to throw a drop of (FW) Cinnamon churro, but I just know that it's going to dominate the whole of the juice. Perhaps, if I can find an empty bottle, I'll make a dilute of that flavor, and add a drop or two.

I really need to wash out some of these bottles I have laying around, and try some more of these recipes in this thread.

Found some bottles, and made some dilute of the Cinnamon Churro (FW), and Chocolate Fudge Brownie (Capella).

I mixed 4mls of pg with 1ml of each said flavoring. So, 20% of actual flavoring per drop, I suppose? Or, 1/5 of a drop :D

Added 1 drop into the above mix, and there is a slight change. I went gun-ho, and added an additional drop  The problem is, I believe, that this is simply just not a good cinnamon to use in this recipe. The dough-y flavor comes out a little too much with 2/5's of a drop. I want the cinnamon, but no dough-y flavor. So, I will be purchasing some straight cinnamon flavoring (hopefully not a red hot, lol).

Since this blend is quickly becoming a grab-bag of obscurity, I will now add 1 drop of the diluted brownie... interesting. I thought I tasted the brownie for a moment, but it is hidden well within the plethora of what-not going on in the blend :D Adding another drop of coconut... Holy moly, there is a lot going on here! Heh.

Final result:

3 drops (VZ) Black and Mild
2 drops (VZ) Coconut
3 drops (TFA) Smooth
1/5 drop (CAP) Chocolate fudge brownie
2/5 drop (FW) Cinnamon Churro

By far one of those most eccentric things I've mixed, that isn't horrible, to date :D It's actually vapeable (now). I will revert to my standard Double RY4, and allow my taste cells a moment of peace. I will return to retry this probably tomorrow morning. I might wake up and think, "What on Earth was I thinking???", or perhaps it might still be not so bad. Time shall tell.

Levi, I mixed up a plain cinnamon using 1 dram of the Loran cinnamon oil with an equal amount of PGA (Everclear
). Add 1 drop per 5 ml. Shake the hell out of it and let it steep for 24 hours. If you want a weaker mix use 1 part cinnamon oil to 2 parts PGA. :)

I havn't had any issues with it separating. If you don't want to use cinnamon oil Wizard labs has a Cinnamon Spice that is good and not like a redhot candy. WL also has the cinnamon natural which is more like the red hot candy.

I got BnM but only coconut I have is FA but going to try this myself as well this weekend.

Lev you say its missing some spice to it. Maybe use more flavoring? I heard he said he used almost 50% of flavoring from a post he made on Facebook I think. I think once you add TFA, FW or Cap your going out of the 100% VG theory. Thoughts?

Right on, my friend! I will obtain some Cinnamon Spice, and avoid cinnamon natural like the plague! :D

I'm sure that coconut should work fine.

Well, my thoughts are still in an infantile process, when it comes down to a pure replicate. At this time, I am merely attempting to find something remotely close, and build upon that as time progresses. With that said, my thoughts on the near 50% flavoring are that they might be using one flavor (a base + nicotine) at higher %'s than some of the richer flavors. Just a thought, though.

If one can figure out a very similar end flavor, even if utilizing flavorings with PG, it is only helpful to reach the goal. Once a similar flavor is constructed, and generally agreed upon, then we can then find the PG-free counterparts in order to replicate the recipe as close to the real deal as feasible. We are, of course, a long way off at this point :D

Just my thought on it.
