MY Comparative review/ LV'S/SD/JANTY STIC/GG/PRODIGY

Very very nice informative review - thank you cos.
A lot of us have been waiting for a review like this and look forward to mouse and franklyspeaking video review.
I've had my GG for 2 days now and I have the Prodigy on order.
I can't seem to get the GG unglued from my mouth since I got it! I think for the very first time I am finally getting total satisfaction from vaping.
I surely understand what you mean when you say you are a THROAT HIT vapor. That's what I was looking for each time I purchased an e-cig and never quite got there until I got the GG.
I primarily use the 510 adapter with the GG and I've found that the 510 atty doesn't get nearly as hot as it does with the 510 batteries. I was thinking maybe that was because of the 510 adapter barrier - but I don't know. I haven't fried any attys yet.
The first day I got the GG, my pinky finger kept wanting to go to the end of the tube to push the button. I believe I'll call that the SD memory effect!
but I have now adjusted to the position of the button so it comes naturally and feels comfortable.
You're so right about these 6 volt e-cigs. The warmth of the vapor, the amount of the vapor, and that totally awesome knock my socks off throat hit is SO enhanced. So much like getting a full flavor ciggie but better.
So I take it that you can't tell a difference between the 5 volt Prodigy and the 6 volt GG? I was curious if that extra volt from the GG made a difference?
Does the Prodigy adapters fit the GG? I know the GG 510 adapter fits my SD.
This probably sums up how I feel:
You don't know what you're missing until you try these mega volt e-cigs.
When you vape with one, then you REALLY know what you've been missing.

Wouldn't this work...? It doesn't say "rechargeable" though - but the review says it's rechargeable one.

hey the Prodigy adapters DO NOT FIT THE GG, the Prod's are completly different than the GG's adapters Although the GG adapters all fit all of my 901 threads As a matter of fact the GG 510 adap, fits my SD beautifully and I can use the 801 GG adapter on the SD as well along with using the 888 minipipe atomizer with it as well, So by getting all the GG's adaps. you can utilize so many other things as well, It is well thought out
The Prod adapters are all machine made and are specific to the Prodigy by itself

sorry but here we go, the LV's work great w/ the Caps at 6v's
The SD works w/ them as well, but it is more hit or miss and that is at 3.7vs
my box mods from Youfillintheblanks also works at 6v's w/ the caps
so does the GG with 901 threading
so bottom line most if not all 901 threadings should take the Vk/ caps
if you have a 901 battery try it w/ your Vk caps,
I have bought most of the KR808D carts from most/ all of the suppliers and they ALL work with my toys, even the Prodigy with 901 threads
now it will depend on whether you prefer 6v's or 3,7vs and the Prod is now 5v's and all of them have a great vape to it, Keep in mind, it does go thru them rather quickly, but I refill the caps a few times,

I have bought from many of the vendors as well, however I will never buy any more that do not come in the foil sealed packs. I was leaning toward the prodigy or building my own. How difficult in youfillintheblanks mod? I have limited soldering experience.
Cosican, I am confused... I thought only the box mods and the specially mads LVs could be used with the VK carts. Are you saying that the GG and Prodigy also work with the VK cartomizers? If so...that is great.
The only reason I was never interested in the GG and the PRodigy is because I thought they didn't work with the Vk carts.
These cartomizers don't have atty problems with the GG or Prodigy?
Do you have a supplier or suppliers that you would recommend to purchase these?
You can get them for the best prices at eastmall.net and nhaler.com...both offer great customer service.
It is pretty easy to build the box mods. You don;t have to be a genius at soldering to do it. However, it will feel and look very cheap. ...I wouldn't recommend them.

I checked Drew's site. He lists them as KR808D-1.
Is there a difference with these from the KR808D? Do Drew's fit a 901 battery? Are Drew's individually sealed?

Mamu, I would check with him. I have bought these carts from him twice (and the do fit the 901). The first batch I bought was not sealed, they just came in a cardboard box. The second set was. I have probably gone through 200 of these carts. Of that maybe 140 were the sealed variety, the rest weren't. I have found (and YMMV) that the carts that come in the sealed packages last about twice as long. His prices are good, his shipping is high (although not as high as eastmall, and I think it's free over 99), But he always throws in extras to make it up to you.

i have a problem with the price figures of the prodigy !
you can get the mini base kit for £65 but if you add the batteries and charger it shoots up to £100 don't seem right to me!

I am proud of your new leaf,
I need to make a comment, regarding the SD, I now have applied the GG 510 adapter to the 901 Threading on the SD and it works very very well, It is like a Brand NEW cig. Perhaps my 901's just could not hold up to my SD, however, the SD with a different adapter is a good product
Still at 3.7vs, it seems to handle the 510 well
