My Darwin came BROKE

After reading everything here, I've come-away with the following...

Reasons I won't consider a Darwin: Form factor is counter to my preference, connector limited to 510, non-replaceable (and, presumably non-standard) battery, it's seriously over-priced.

Reasons I won't buy from Nhaler: Crappy customer service. This is not the only complaint I've read about them. Their return statement is enough to put me off of them completely:
There are no returns or refunds accepted once payment has been completed. There is only a 14 day warranty on all warrantied parts from the time of order being placed. There is no warranty on atomizers. All warranty parts must be returned to NHaler before a new replacement will be shipped.

This vendor (who happens to have a sterling reputation in the community) statement is one I have no problem with:
We have a 7 day return/exchange window. Customers have 7 days from the date of receipt of the product to initiate the return or exchange process. Once the product has been in the customer's possession for more than 7 days, it is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange for another product. If a customer wishes to initiate the return/exchange process, they must contact us within the 7 day window at ####@##########.### to receive return instructions. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges for returned or exchanged merchandise, including the cost of shipping the newly exchanged item back to the customer. All items must be postmarked back to us within 5 business days of receiving the return authorization....
....Atomizers/Cartomizers: Standard atomizers carry a 7 day warranty. Low resistance atomizers carry a DOA warranty, and we must be notified within 48 hours of arrival that the atomizer arrived dead, and upon return to us, the atomizer will be replaced. Bulk purchases of atomizers (any purchase of 5 or more atomizers when the bulk discount is automatically applied at check out) do not carry any warranty. LR Atomizers should NOT be used on High Voltage devices (those using over 4v). Cartomizers carry no warranty, and once shipped (out of our possession) are non refundable (this also includes exchanges - no exchanges will be given on cartomizers once out of our possession)...

batteries/Chargers/: 14 day warranty.

If I were to consider getting a top tier PV, this situation would give me great pause in purchasing a Darwin. In fact, until I read that this issue is satisfactorily resolved, no Darwins for me!

Well, again there never really was an issue. It was the OP's misunderstanding and aggressiveness that caused all this. He's been on the Darwin thread and seems like all is good.

Allan.GH - No reason to be hatin if you've never had any experience with them. What works for you may not work for others and you fail to acknowledge that Drew and Nhaler are responsible for thousands of people kicking their cigarette problem - myself included. Remember, we're here to help each other. Your aggressiveness towards Nhaler is unwarranted from what I can tell.

Anyway, don't bother replying - I'm out.

Would ya mind posting a link? That would go a long way to sate our curiosity and spread oil on da waters.

For those who read this thread, it would be greatly appreciated if the OP came back into his negative titled thread and stated that everything has been worked through to his satisfaction.
Also, I never did understand why nHaler was brought in to the thread, seeing how all repairs are taken care of by Evolv.
