I've been off Cigs for 6 months and got my 70 year old dad to switch about 5 months ago. He will vape ANYWHERE! He vaped last night at my birthday dinner in a nice restaurant. He vaped at the dentist WHILE sitting in the chair. He vapes in the doctors office, at the mall, while pumping gas even at Chuck E Cheese. I know it's all legal unless the proprietor says otherwise (at least here in MD). I just can't do it like he does. My mother says "he's trying to prove a point". I say "somebody has to". I'm proud of the old guy, just don't want him to get himself into trouble. Maybe someday I'll have courage like him.

Good for him. As I'm 70 myself, I can kinda see where he is coming from, although I'm not quite up to his level yet. The older you get The less you give a ****.
I can just visualize him going through his day, and his thoughts as he does it.......

That's amazing! Your dad sounds like a pretty cool dude. I mean, SOMEONE has to "normalize" vaping!
Thats awesome, but i would advise him not to vape at gas pumps. It may not be "burning" like a cigarette, but that coil still gets hot enough to ignite gasoline fumes

Won't be too many years and I'll be da same age. BTW, it's not age that counts; it's da attitude! We ol' farts have been 'round enuff to shed da 'give a turd' concerns. Occasionally, 'da good ol' days' were/are da best of our lives (personally & nationally).

Age is a wonderful thing, one day it hits you, do what you want when you want and don't give a flying fig who chides you for doing it, it is like reveling in it
