I started at 3mgs of nicotine and plan on staying at 3mgs.

I don’t promote vaping to someone who doesn’t smoke. It may be 95% safer than cigarettes but not inhaling any foreign substances is the healthiest.

And face it, I’m being realistic, who knows what in 10-20 years the long term health issues could be. So why take the chance?

I agree with the above. However, I needed to actually be inhaling and exhaling something. Smoke or vapor, either one.

Someone said just inhale/exhale from a straw. Naw, that wouldn't cut it for me.

Bingo! No you can't de-couple the two. True. Because we re-wired that behavior! And that is what really burns my apple. These so called scientists want to insist on the straw man of physiological addiction when they damned well know that we trained our bodies to enjoy the intertwined experience. That this instruction is far more powerful than any fantasy of external habituation. What I most detest is our erstwhile puppet masters' dishonesty. They'd like to trick us psychologically into dispensing with what we deep down know. They purposefully ignore half the equation to negate will with the con that we are strung. You want to talk about compulsion, consider corporate government's addiction to control.

Good luck and enjoy the vape. :)

I love inhaling and exhaling.....with vapor. When I smoked I never really took a deep, satisfying inhale because burning leaves, tar, etc. just wasn't satisfying to me. I was a shallow throat smoker but now I'm a deep inhaling vaper and enjoying the feeling of relaxation from it. The nic doesn't frighten me. I use 3 mg and sometimes I'll vape 0 nic when I'm testing flavors....but I always have my nic in the rotation.

I regularly take a couple of days or more off nicotine. As time progresses through those nicotine free times I pick up the vape less and less. By the 3rd day I pretty much don't touch the vape, it seems kinda pointless.
Even during the first day it seems like I start regarding the vape experience as a bit useless.
I'm pretty certain I wouldn't vape if there was no nicotine.
I don't drink either decaffeinated coffee or alcohol free beer, also useless experiences.

I consume liters of alcohol, eat processed food with ingredients that I can’t even pronounce, not to mention the risks of bacteria, live in a large metropolis breathing in pollutants and own a cat who as I am typing this post is working on a Dooms Day Machine that may just very well wipe the human race off the planet (cats will rule the world one day!!). A little nicotine in my e-cigs pales in comparison.

I've known vapers who had to get nicotine out of their system for medical/insurance reasons and were able to accomplish it through slowly lowering their dose. Where else can you do this with little suffering involved?
How long does it take for the nicotine to clear out of your system?
When I started vaping I started at 24 mg/ml with an MTL system that was 4+ years ago. I am now vaping DIY unflavored 5 mg/ml in a DTL tank and I have no plans to go lower than that. For me, it is all about harm reduction.

Nope, no nic here *coughs*. Just kidding - I like to spike my juices with a bit of nic from time to time. So I run between 6mg/ml and roughly 9mg/ml. Just for the sake that the nic keeps me calm... without it, you'd probably see me in 60 minutes. "Former Marine Snaps - Has Human Ear Necklace - Standing off against an entire state!"

I live between a beryllium factory and a faulty nuclear power plant. I do my own electrical work and furnace repair. I’ve had a pet bull and a parrot. I’ve flown Allegiant dozens of times. I ain’t afraid of nic.

That human eater necklace killed me. You don’t, by chance, read Michael Connelly, do you?

At one time, I actually knew how long it stayed in the system. Then, after a three week hospital stay with zero nicotine, I discovered that it didn't matter to me, at all. You can't imagine my joy at returning home and discovering an open pack of cigarettes on the dining room table.

My two passions reading and vaping. I just went online and the library has the Harry Bosch series. Have the first book in my Kindle app. I know what I will be doing this weekend.
