I am a heavy smoker and recently just switched to Relx. Today is my 6th day trying e-cigarette and i totally could not accept this as the replacement to cigarette. It could not crave my nicotine urge at all. I am uisng 5% nicotine pod. I had tried stronger pull and taking more puff but no feeling of pleasure at all. Can some one introduce any good e-cigarette that are stronger in nicotine and have similar pleasure like smoking? The reason i switched from smoking cigarette to e-cigarette mainly because of tar and others chemical found in cigarette. I still need nicotine to cool down my brain. I knew nicotine is addictive and harmful too but i can accept it.
Welcome and glad you joined.

I think a pod with nic salts may not be for you. If that's not doing it, I would recommend regular nic juice at 24mg or even perhaps higher. Its possible you may need that throat hit feel and need more vapor then a pod can deliver. Not sure however if your pod is strictly mtl, but if so, something like a nautilus tank or the innokin zenith. The zenith I believe is usually paired as a kit....I have been a mtl vapor for years and If I personally had tried to quit with a pod and salt juices, I couldn't have done it. Salt juices I recently tried with a pod just didnt seem intense enough imo

Thanks bro for your info. I will do more study on vape. I believe there is not only nicotine that cause you addicted in cigarette, the chemical blended in the cigarette by the tobacco company also cause you addicted to it. Thats is why i dont feel relief after vaping. Another reason probably is diferrent state of nicotine, something like chicken, one is fried cook and one is steam cook. Fried chicken taste better than steam chicken. Ha ha.

I was thinking maybe you could check out the Freemax Twister.
It's variable wattage and the FireLuke tank is very good.

It's easy for a new-ish person to adjust the wattage, and the airflow is nicely adjustable.
And it's affordable.

If you get a sub ohm tank though, please don't put 50mg nic salts in, if you like life.
Ok. Thanks for the info. Will do study on it

Before Nic salts/Pods came along we just used plain Nic with flavoring, PG, and VG. Heavy smokers were suggested to start with 18 or 24mg and lighter smokers tried 12 or 18. Also, atomizers were 1.8 or 2.2 for ohms, so that is a consideration.

I started at 24mg Nic. I just vaper about 4-5 draws when my body said, which was about every 45 minutes.

It worked. One day I was a smoker, the next morning, I only vaper. It worked.

I did not care about flavor since my taste buds were shot, and clouds were not important. What was important was that I vaped enough for satisfaction in getting my needed Nic.

Vaping doesn't hit quiet as fast as a cig. Vape flavors can not perfectly match a cig. Find some other Vapers and try their juices. Let them try yours. Learn from each other. Be successful.

Good luck!

Very true about those other chemicals and alot agree on what you say. For myself personally it was all about the nic. 8 years ago there was only freebase nic and everyone did mtl at low wattages. I started at 24mg and quit almost instantly. Not to many like a big Throat hit and that's why salts have become so popular. It definitely gives you the nic, but it's nothing like the throat hit or heat you get with regular nic. And those pods just dont give alot of vapor, they are handy, but not for everyone. Just dont give up because there are many combinations and unfortunately the only way to know is to try and that does add up in money...basically you have pod systems with high nic salts, then you kind of move up to mtl tanks (with drop in coils) and mods . These will produce more vapor and better flavor and are used with either regular or salt nic. Then you can go into sub ohm, mod and tanks with dtl inhale at higher wattages but lower regular nic. Then there are rebuildable tanks, where you actually make the coils and install the wicks. So finding your preferences is key and in every one, the nic is felt differently. Also like mentioned above, wtas and net juices have these alkaloids that are found in natural tobacco and they add another possibility.

Hi, and welcome!

I just quit cigarettes a week ago, but I'm actually a pretty experienced vaper. I'm still having a few cigarette cravings now and again, but they're easy to take care of.

What works for one person may not work for another. But this is what's working for me.

I vape drop in coil tanks on low power mods with high nic juice, 25mg/ml. I make the juice myself, but you can get commercial juice that's 24mg/ml. I use high VG juice, and take long, smooth, straight draws, 3-9 seconds. Then blow it out both my nose and mouth, to coat my mucous membranes.

Saturday, 18th of May, at about 8 pm, I lit up a cigarette, took a few puffs, looked at it, and put in the snuffer. After vaping 25mg for a few weeks, the cigarettes just weren't doing it for me anymore.

I've been using Kanger Subtanks and Toptanks for years, and they're still producing the Toptank. They use inexpensive and easy to find coil heads, and are very user friendly and reliable. The mod that comes with the Topbox kit is 75W, so it will handle the most powerful coil heads. It also uses a replaceable battery, one 18650, which is also a common flashlight battery.

Whatever path you take, I wish you the best in your quest to rid yourself of tobacco.

Alright sir, i wont come back to cigarete. The reason i switched to vaping is because of one article i read over internet. The article is about diabetis. I am a type 2 diabetes, my diet is healthy and i am not sure how i become a diabetes patient at my age of 30 plus 10 years ago. The article said about TAR we inhale from the cigarette can affect the production of insulin in our body. I am very sure this is true and that is why i switched to vape and never never go back to cigarette. Thanks for your info. Cheers

That is one article I missed. It does make sense. Smoking causes more harm than anything else and they are finding more and more things every day.
