My experience with Pure Smoker customer service

Hi all... I had started a thread awhile back stating how I was disappointed with my Prodigy. I loved the device, but I was getting maybe an hour or two on the batteries. I tried brand new batteries, new chargers...nothing. One day, the darned thing just stopped working on me, I was so upset. Going back to my 510 after the prodigy was...well... you know how it was.
I notified Pure Smoker and they told me to send it back...no hassles at all. When they tested it, they said it worked for them (huh???) but they would replace some parts...then they sent it right back to me, it all couldn't have taken more then 10 days.

Ok...got it back a few days ago and WOW. Not only is my battery life WAY up (maybe 5-7 hours) but it even vapes better! I'm in love. I'm thinking I somehow got a bad switch or something I don't know... they're warranty policy is top notch.

I also ordered the PT which I'm happily vaping away with right now...I think it's even better than the Prodigy!

I'm happy I stuck with Pure Smoker, I almost didn't. The reviews and comments on this forum helped me to keep trying and I'm glad I did.

Anyway..anyone thinking about getting a Prodigy but is worried about spending the $$ worry no more...if you are a serious vaper...go for it, you'll never regret it.

it sounds like you had an atomizer die, and you did not know it was the only thing that died. Do you have a good supply of atomizers? Each one should last much longer than $10 in cigarettes, but they are still just hard to keep alive.
