My First 5v Mod

This mod is inspired by The Puck. It is also a juice box. With 4AAA nimh batteries all contained in a single 4AA battery box from Radio Shack (the Source). Here are the pics:

The single 4AA box is slim, but a little wider than the Puck. But I was happy to get everything down to one box and get a 3ml juice bottle inside as well.

The box has it's original switch as a kill switch, and a momentary switch installed for vaping. I used a 4xx E2 carto connector as a 510 battery connector (same threads-reverse function).
The tube on the e2 goes into the 3ml bottle directly through a modified dropper tip. A syringe tube drops in from the connector to the bottom of the bottle. This tube can be removed and a separate syringe used to refill from outside the box without removing the bottle - or bottles can be switched out.

I like stealth mode, but you could probably fit an led and resistor in the chaseway between the switches if you wanted to.

This box is streamlined a little without external tubes from a pump - just a cutout on the back for direct pressing the bottle with your thumb.

Thanks for the ups. We'll see how it works as far as the juice integration. Alternately you could just store a spare bottle of juice in the space, or different attys, drip tips, e2s with different juices - whatever. Four AAA Nimhs seem to be working out great.
