My first kiss

You know how they say nothing compares to your first kiss? Well for me it's a load of crap, but it's a good analogy to vaping for my situation.

My first juice was 24mg coffee from Apollo in a CE4. It was perfect; flavorful, throat hitting, vaporous.

In the meantime, I've gotten easily $100 worth in liquids since then. Some are "meh". Some are ok. None of them compare to that "first kiss" of that sweet, sweet coffee eliquid. I'm starting to wonder if that's just it, the kind I'll be buying for life.

This happen to anyone else?

Give some of the artisan vendors a try - www.aliceinvapeland.com and www.fanceejuice.com both have spectacular juices.

If it weren't for these two I would probably not have the passion for vaping that I do.

I was a bit bored with it because I mainly tried the vendors many on here loudly promoted until I came across these two and I started to get excited about their exciting and authentic flavors.

Just keep trying different vendors until you find one that blows you away!

It may very well be all you will ever need. However, many find that their all day vape loses some flavor after some time, so it's also possible that if you vaped it for weeks on end, you might start to desire something else, just to mix it up. In addition to the aforementioned, being AiV which I know to be pretty awesome, and FJ, which I've only HEARD is pretty great, let me also recommend, since you like the coffee flavor, Serendipity from HHV as well. To my palate, it's a little cocoa, medium coffee, and strong tobacco mixed, and, again, for me, is just WONDERFUL. All their NETs are worth a try in my experience, though my other favorites are Legend (formerly called Gandalf) and Dragonfire, Darkhorse, Heavenly T and Huntsman all worthy in my book.

Back to AiV, I hear they are coming out with a coffee flavor pretty soon as well, and I can guarantee, they will do it justice!

Another good place to get information on e-liquids is this sub-thread on here General E-Liquid Reviews

I like it a lot because the reviews there are written by people like you and me who are vaping this stuff as customers and not reviewers! Great spot to get some info and ideas!

Other vendors, back to you, OP, I can personally recommend, Vermillion River and Mountain Oak, and Halo is decent kinda like their TriBeCa.

If you've tried any or even all. Of these, well then maybe you are right, you may just be one of those people that prefers, and luckily, has found, their all day every day juice! Now if that's the case, learn to DIY and make the flavor you love so much for about 5 cents a mL!

I just commented on this exact thing on another thread. My "first kiss" is HHV's Angel's Kiss. I will be trying others, but I'm having a hard time believing there's anything else like it or as good. We'll see.

From what Ive seen the first thing you dig you fall head over heels in love with, vape constantly, burn out on, and rarely if ever stay with forever. For instance, the thought of vaping a tiramisu flavor makes me go all queasy.

Are you still in, or if not, when and where were you?

I was in from 93 to 97. Never went overseas, stationed in Vallejo at Mare Island, CA and lastly in Beaufort, SC. 6494, airwing pogue here! Lol

It took me almost 6 months to go through that list. But it usually happens(at least to the 60+ people I converted).

Yup, I smoked menthol s so of course only got menthol flavors at first, got sick of them and realized I loved vaping more than any cigarette I ever had, and branched out. Now I'm a full-fledged juice collector.
