Thanx Sun! That is the one I was talking about. Awesome step by step on there.
If anyone out there has tried to make one from these directions, please let me know how it went.

Fittech--A couple of us have the parts in and will be starting tommorow--so when we have it down we will report----Sun

For those of you waiting for detailed instructions,
I am waiting for a dead battery I bought to get here so I can take pics of the next one being made.
The one part people seem to like is the acrylic adaptor, I can tell you now that this piece was made on a lathe. I am trying to figure out a way that someone without a lathe can still make one.
I started with some 5/8 acrylic rod I bought from US Plastics Corp, they only sell it in 6ft. lengths.

Thanks!!!!!!!!!

is there a way you can make the acrylic pieces and sell them to us who plan on making the mod? many of these custom parts require a lathe that many of us do not have access to or know anyone with a lathe...like me :)

i nominate calling your mod.... the HALO

You actually dont need a lathe. You can cut it down with a dremel tool and disks
