I was at a meeting and you have to smoke 25' from the building. I go out and stand with the smoker so as to no Upset someone who doesn't know what vapor is. One said I tried that. Didn't like it. I carry a clean Cleari with me for just such an occasion an put it on my battery and offered it to him. He took on hit and said I like that. Next hit i had turned the bat up some and is was too much. He went wow got a head rush. So he starts asking me about it and I think he is going to take the plunge back in. He had tried one of the early cheap cig lookalikes and did not like it.
Not looking for paise The reason for the post is you never know where you may have an opportunity to share and alternative to tobacco.
Of course I pointed him to her to get more infor.. Felt good
The other guy that was there want's to quit cold turkey. LOL
I didn't push it just told what I had learned on here. If they are ready it will sell itself.
In other support groups they say you have an obligation to share your solution so I didn't come up with the idea.

Nice! It always feel's good when you turn people on to vaping. The guy that wants to quit cold turkey, little does he know if he replaces his cigs with a PV he technically HAS quit cold turkey :p

I think he thinks of it as just a crutch. I pointed out yea a crutch with out tar and Phenol and other stuff.

Many of the smokers I meet seem to be open to it, even the ones who didn't have a good try at one. I think what does it with mine is that it is different. It's just an eGo Twist, but most of these folks haven't seen one like this, they only see the Blu and other look a likes. I've got three Twists, and all of them are metallic pink with a purple tank on top and due to my lack of pockets I hang it from a lanyard around my neck. The entire set up draws attention. I've only had one person react negatively - verbally - to it, and she got a little miffed that I wasn't willing to spar with her about it. Anyway, when I get asked, I give them the info for the local vendor and tell them to go talk to them and say I sent them. I do that so 1. someone who is trained on the product can really give them a good lesson, and I trust the folks to a degree (not completely, and I do tell them that... at the end of the day, they are still sales people, and as a sales person I don't trust sales people. LOL!) and 2. so they don't go to a mall vendor or one of the ones who sets up at various shows in the area. I show them my entire line, usually, if they seem interested. I always have a 650 to "get me home" should I forget to throw the Twists on a charger, and showing them the smaller battery helps calm them down about it.

I like that. I don't push it but let them ask. I need a lanyard. I keep losing them. I have a twist and a pass-through. Looks like a microphone with a big carty on it. LOL
