Hello people, today was a one year that only use the e-cig.
First I want tothank thisforumandall members whohave supported meand helped me,always answeredmyquestions.
I feel betterin every way,better health, homeclean and without bad smell, mycar also good, my social relationships improved.
Today I am very happy as well as making one year with e-cigs, I have know that from Tuesday next week I will retire!
So I am doubly happy!
Since the beginning of my journey with e-cigs, I drip, used attys tanks,bough tseveral batteries ego,used cartomizers, but returned to drip, so good!
I no longer felt any desire to smoke, also have no desire to stop usinge-cig, but I was decreasing the nicotine content of my juices,maximum use 8mg nic.
I have hope that one day the e-cigs finally free here in Brazil and we can have stores, many stores selling e-cigs and juices ,it's my dream!
Now I want to have a quiet coming life and enjoy my retirement,stay home and vape,travel a bit, enjoy my hobbies(sewing,crafts in general,reading,watching TV,visiting friends).
The doctor who operated on my hernia and did a tummy tuck has also become a fan of e-cig, it's not a smoker, but he was surprised to see that the e-cig did not impairhealing.
During this firs tyear with e-cigs, I had no flu,I had a cold that soon passed,I think the propyleneglycol helped. Never more had renal colic, I'm drinking plenty of fluids.I can not complain, I am more calm and relaxed, no more stomach pain, no coughing or throat clearing.
No more cigarettes!
