Morning Everyone! Welcome Sequor! Always good to see another TX gal! :) I went thru a LOT of this today and I am SO jealous! WHEN I finally get a pv I like that doesn't QUIT on me (with help from Orachel -- thanks), I'm going to do this! Hadn't updated anyone, but my new vv STILL is not working right  -- Orachel is helping me diagnose and correct, tho I finally made contact with Cust Serv and they're on it.

Hiya, Funnyfarm! lol I see you found the decor section! There's LOADS of goodies, here. Oh, and gosh... can't remember where but I found a place the other day that does custom PV skins for lavatubes (and other popular tube mods) using their artwork, OR yours... you just have to upload a jpg, I believe. Then they print the skin and send it to ya, and all you have to do is slap it on there. I'll track that down again and put it here just as soon as I find it, I think I made a note of where it was. They're not super cheap... I wanna say they're about $20? But honestly, after you buy the printable vinyl and varnish and everything you need to do it yourself, the difference in cost is minimal, and the ones you buy are a lot more durable. Then, depending on how 'blingy' you want your pv to be, you can always order some tiny swarovski rhinestones from ebay and glue em on there. Another way the LT is great is it has a very easy body to decorate. lol Anyway, I'll find that link for skins (if you want to do it yourself that info is already in this thread) and if you need rhinestones or anything just lemme know. I've got that ebay seller practically on speeddial, cause I've decorated a few of em now. lol I know there's another company that does custom etching on the body of your pv, but for that one you actually have to give up your pv for a few weeks... and not sure what the 'body' of your LT is... some body types would etch well, some not so well. And don't worry... we'll figure out that pv yet. lol

Ok, just looked up your vapornine model... I'm thinking that black powdercoated body might not stand up to etching, but I'm by no means an expert. lol If you're going for decor you might wanna stick with a skin. And does anyone know, would one of those sorta sandfinished slightly rough original lavatube bodies... would stickers actually stick to that surface? I'm confident a skin would, but not sure small individually placed stickers would. Curious if anyone has tried it.

Update... Here's the place that does standard (your choice of their image) or custom (upload your own image) skins for lavatubes, provari, ego, etc.... They also do custom etching. Looks pretty cool on an ego... they have a video showing them off.

This is such a fun and creative thread! Next time I pop in I am going to have to write some stuff down, lol. But I was wondering, since u al are so creative, are there any female pv modders in thi thread?

I wish... crossing fingers! I got this AWESOME tin I want made into a mod, and so far, one guy might be able to help me, but I think a woman would have a better aesthetic idea of what I want. Its this thing, put it next to the altoids tin for size comparison... Thinking a vv w inline meter (just learned what that was called today! lol) or a bottom feeder (just open tin to squonk, not gonna cut unnecessary hole in the tin), and either way, gonna have a small tin in there for storing a lil bottle of juice, spare carto, or perhaps even extra bat, if there's enough room. And most likely will have the carto recessed into the tin.

And Sandybeach, still haven't found the right hard drive (I have a TON of ehds, all in the 1-2T range from dig art) BUT I did just find a bunch of the photos of ones I've done in a photobucket album. Its private now, but if you pm me when you wanna peek at it I'll make it public for a bit. lol or email. I forgot you have my email. And came up with a cool name for ya, if you haven't already found one.

Orachel, that cigar tin is great! :offtopic: I have some vintage cigar boxes that I want to use for a purse -- glue 2 or 3 together, poly and add a handle and latches -- just haven't done it yet!

That sounds really cute. I got some old cigar boxes on eBay to store my vaping stuff in. My dad smoked Macanudo cigars, so every time I see my box I can remember my dear departed father.

I have a ton of cigar boxes...I use them for storing lots of do-dads...never did get around to making some purses tho...(best laid plans & all)

I get them at the flea market...some are like 3/$5 and some are 3/$10...they are also handy for putting gifts in and wrapping a ribbon around it !

Great ideas, Classy!! I'd have to get some more tho, cause I couldn't part with any of mine for gift wrap -- they were all my very most favorite grandfather's! My grands owned a liquor store post depression and he saved all the cigar boxes and stashed cash all over the house -- still didn't trust banks with the bulk of his money, dontcha know?! :)
