Hay Virk when you get your shorter one can I buy your old one? I could use about a 1" 510 - 510 extender
alright order #1051 arrived this morning. This was going to be out of town experience pv.... but looks like it's going back for repairs... for a short time. I definately like this model, its superlight, slim, easy to use... I'm glad I didn't wait for after the 1st 500 ... for the extenders. It's currently set at 4.9 with white line, and burn marked at 4.5 and it's alright with me, just move it up or down. Gonna miss my Infinity... lol
I only have the one 1" extender for a charger so I need to keep it. The shorter extender has shipped but I'll keep it as well since you never know what spare / extra parts you might need. I'm stocking up everything just in case the FDA tries to ruin my day lol. I got the 1" from totally wicked, and I think they sell it in 5 packs too.
I'm already having withdrawls, missing my infinity, sent it back yesterday, but I don't expect it to be gone long.
Got shipping notice today so will be vaping a nice sleek black w/brass cap Infinity complete with draw tested and pre rolled batts. Hot damn that should warm things up nicely on the east coast for me. Now if I could just train it to run the snowblower and get it to pay my utility bill.
Man I hope this screw up does not scare off to many people , this is a nice unit we just had some unexpected machining errors that caused this problem , it is all fixed now and I expect to not see anymore problems regarding this issue.
Buzz...I love it...only problem with one battery went on "melt down". It was in the bottom of PV and it got really hot. I got it out and put it in an empty coffee cup on my desk and sealed it in a ziplock bag so no fumes escape. I am still trying out the other batteries so if this is the only bad one or I have more, I'll let you know. Other than the bad batt, I love it. So far no problems on my end.
Buzz can we get a hint as to what order number youve made it to? Awaiting fulfillment makes me sad..... Odds are ill be ordering a second one in a few weeks. Im guessing the wifes gonna want one once she plays with mine.
Keep doing what your doing the unit will speak for itself.

i doubt he'll keep us waiting too long, I waited two and a half months for another mod that doesn't a third of what my buzz does...
Mike, That’s when your reputation pays off big time. When folks see how well you solve problems and take care of your customers it might be a blessing in disguise and help sales.

Not really that big of an issue Buzzkill. Anyone who has ever dealt with a mchine shop or any other Supplier knows this can and will happen. What you do about it is what sets someone apart from the competition. What I have seen is that you have openly and honestly stated the facts and fixes. If the infinity does half of what I expect and looks as nice as the photos I will buy again without a second thought. Now with that said light a fire under some USPS asses and make them deliver mine by this weekend!!!!
Liv, we have an advantage to living on the East Coast...our shipments get on a bird from Cali and we (or I at least) usually get our stuff from Mike in about 2 days!

I know plus the time difference helps in our favor when coming from west coast. The mailman stalking thing is really getting tough. I want some Wonka vision order it and then immediately pluck it from the screen!!!
I was thinking of modding my mailbox with a remote buzzer...my new mailwomen keeps coming at different times...the old guy was there at 1045 every morning, this 3pm thing isn't helping
Mike is well known for his great customer service already. I don't think that a few minor issues will scare people away at all. I totally agree with the above statement.
