My Mailman is a ninja!

My mailman has fooled me a couple of times. I'll see him outside and then go down to get the mail...and I get mail, but no package. A couple of hours later, if I go out again, I'll see that he came back and delivered the package.

Makes NO sense to me why he would do the mail and then deliver packages. Especially when he doesn't do that every time. I think he's just messing with my head.

Lol when my normal carrier went on vacation they did this every day. Since they had to sub the subs split up the load 1 did packages 1 did regular mail

Ohhhh! That's probably what's going on! Now I feel better that it isn't just the post office torturing me.

My mailperson is AWESOME! My packages are always in the mailbox, and if they won't fit, they are left on my front porch, between the storm door and wood door; I always put a thank-you note in the mailbox the next day.
Our USPS rocks, the carrier for our area will be getting a Christmas present this year.

maybe leave a "post-it" on your mailbox saying "IM INSIDE WAITING FOR IMPORTANT PACKAGE" might help -.-

And a trail of delicious Reese's Pieces. Just to be sure.

I hate USPS tracking. It took 5 hours for the "Out for Delivery" line to show up. It's probably sitting in the mailbox right now. Maybe I should quit typing and go look.
