Well I started with the cheap ego batteries and my evolution took me to a provari which I thought was the be all end all.... I got a kts mod just thinking it would be a good backup device and now I only use my mod no more provari... Never thought I would prefer a $20 mod over my provari... This vape journey is one crazy monkey!!!!!

I have to agree with Dragroi. Chinese mods are ok in and of themselves, but they do have a termination date. Same with the Provari. Nothing's going to work forever, but some mods do last longer than others.

But then again, with this whole "Fasttech" thing, I assume you can get super cheap mods on the fly, when needed.

I have not bought into the Fast Tech craze, but then again, I've no need for any more mods. Anything after this point would be gratuitous.

Add Vapor Joe to the list. Once you find his site http://.........blogspot.com/ your bank account automatically gets lower.

I thought my VAMO was the be all end all and I still use it every day, but just because of Vapor Joe I have added three mechs, four tanks, and numerous drip tips, all clones, all relatively cheap, and all work well.

I tend to disagree

I dont think any of these mods really have a termination date... No electronics or wires and with minor tweaks can work and have lower voltage drop than a lot over $200

Well . .some chinese mods do. For example my Smok telescope. The spring in the switch got weak after about 6 months and now the mod fires under it's own weight when I set it upright. On this particular mod - you can't really get at that little spring without ripping out the larger battery spring which is glued down with some kind of epoxy that is really strong .. I mutilated the battery spring trying to get it out and it won't go back in right. The mod technically still works . . but it's pretty lame now. It also has a press-fit top piece that has a wire in it (seen it on youtube . .have not taken mine apart personally).

Now when I look at mechs . .I try to look for ones that I can take totally apart and ones with no press-fit pieces and no glued-in pieces. My $18 Sentinel clone should probably last a good long time . .a lot longer than my Smok Tele did, anyway.
