I just got my infinity, straight away I put the batteries on the charger. One of the charger lights was red and the other was green. When they both turned green I put them in the PV and pushed the orange button...nothing happened. Tried putting batteries in the other direction, adjusted the voltage, put batteries back on charger....still nothing. One thing I noted is the piece in the PV where you screw in the atomizer seems to be at an angle. The little silver button thing is definately not sitting straight, is this normal? Someone please help, I have been patiently waiting for 2 weeks since I first placed my order and now it isn't working.

Shake it up and down and see if your batteries thump inside. If you can feel them thumping then they're not going in all the way. Mine did that and it was the batteries catching. I aligned the protection unit on one battery and it worked. Also if you have a meter you can see if it's coming on but not connecting with the cart. See if the little blue light in the wheel area is lighting.

Well it sounds like something happened then. I'm sorry. I only have one last suggestion. Make sure the spring is tight. I know on my Buzz the screw got loose and made it stop. Other than that you'll have to contact Mike. See if he is on chat or send him a PM and an email. I know your chomping at the bit. He has been really fast on the turn around. Sends them out the next day.

Do you have access to a multimeter? Just to eliminate every possibility, I'd be curious to know what the Ohm measurement of your attys are.

Unfortunately I do not. They aren't lr attys though, so that shouldn't be the problem. I've got half a dozen attys laying around and have tried them all with no luck.

I had a similar issue with a lazer mod, the 510 connection was crooked and not making contact with tho positive power source, I just put in an atty and straightened it out....I doubt you'll be able to do it though because the top of the infinities are glued in place....plus you have the deep 510 issue...sorry about the issues, hopefully everything works out

The batteries only go in one way , please see the manual here Manuals

putting them in backwards can cause problems , the center post can be cocked a bit but should not be a problem IMO .
So no voltmeter around huh ?? we could troubleshoot it IF you can find one around there .

Kuwait !!! damn that sucks , not easy to go back and forth from there.

See if you can borrow a volt meter to check it out
