i deleted my first post because of the little girls getting off on it!

when i put my wire through the post it doesn't carry on through in a straight line, ive already used right angle or 12 o'clock and 8 o'clock i dunno why you don't understand

LOL! I really "got off" my chair and fell to the floor after reading your post! I'm not sure if it was due to laughter or I passed out because of your grammar!

Wow... This thread has so much Fail.

This should have been a handled with a phone call and or a pm BEFORE the chainsaw butcher modifications began. At this point if Rob told you to pound sand I wouldn't hold it against him. There is a right way and a wrong way to correct minor manufacturing deficiencies. The Channel locks and sledgehammer technique would fall under the "wrong way" mangling the crap out of something and then posting ambiguous diatribe as to disparage a companies reputation would also fall in the "wrong" category.

hahahaaa you are to funny..

The situation WAS handled with a PM before the so say chainsaw massacre. No one expects to have the post hole's drilled out the way they were, it was something that i had overlooked before modifying the rest of the rm2 and was obviously something that rob had overlooked before sending out the rm2.
The post hole's were bored out wider to accommodate man size wire, which is part of the reason why I like the rm2 so much.. brass post's are nice and easy to drill.
The rm2 has a nice size deck to mount big coil's, with the way the post holes on the post were drilled this ment I could only use half that deck, making this individual rm2 useless to me.

So anyway, after speaking to rob we decided to have a replacement post sent out, does this give me the go ahead to take the post out ready for the new one? it sure does :D ....the post didn't want to come out , it was welded and at first I used a pin through the post holes but it wouldn't budge so then I used my needlenose pliers with tape in the jaws and it still wouldn't budge... after a very long fight with this thing it finally came out! it also didn't matter if this post was mangled, chainsawed or I took a poo on it it was getting chucked anyway and being replaced with the new one in the mail from rob!
The new one from rob never arrived! I received two metal squonk tubes in the post from him, one that he owed me from being short in my previous order and one for  uhm maybe to replace the terminal!? .. nahh that wouldn't work!!

I sent him another PM but I didn't get a response(I waited 3days) hence the reason for posting here! also bare in mind this was almost a month ago that I received the rm2 plus the other bit's.

I'm not trying to flame rob and reo! far from it! All I've done is order some part's and tried to get the issue's resolved, simple really...
I know you are only looking out for rob but when people come in here talking bs about a fail and mangled parts then the girls come in laughing it doesn't help or contribute to the situation.. you are only making it worse

well I hope you understand my post, if not then just ask me

this isn't about the bottom of the rm2, I don't understand what your asking, explain
I guess I misunderstood your original post. I thought you said something about filing the positive, negative ends underneath the Rm2. Guess I just didn't get it right. Carry on. Move along. Just keep going. Nothing here. Yep, just keep on moving....NO rubber necking here folks. That's right...move along....

yes rainer I did mention that I had modded that part, I've taken all the coating back to brass in the area's where the rm2 contact's the reo.

my old rm2 that i'm using now was blowing fuse's after I took the rm2 off and gave it a proper wash, I normally don't take the rm2 off the reo when I wash them.
So yeah after quickly realising it was the +post underneath the rm2 I filed back the outer edge of the rm2 underneath to make the center positive post stick out more, I did try to just turn or unscrew the post out from the bottom of the rm2 but that wouldn't budge, it only deformed it!

I need to find my wire brush! the only place I haven't taken it back to brass is on the threading of the rm2!
