ordered from UK, and royal mail update is that on the 24th they had pass it to my local delivery service.

But until now, i still didn't manage to track it from my local website, this has never happened before.

I called in and they said the item is still untraceable from their site, reason could be that its still in transit over. but not a definite answer.

Sorry to hear about your loss but don't give up on it yet. My first iAtty was shipped from the UK and it took 27 days to get here. Same thing happened Royal Mail said they had passed it USPS said Royal was preparing shippment. It didn't update till the day they delivered it.

You're not alone, Al. Same situation here in Austria - I'm stalking the postman every day..
Probably the delay is caused by the regular xmas jam at postal/customs services..

I would like to see signature required offered by the vendors of GG equip. That way if a person wanted to pay extra and have it added to the bill they could. If I didn't have my GG stuff coming to the PD my heart would be in my mouth every time I had something coming until I got it. I think the pony express probably did a better job than they do now.

The holidays screw up the postal services badly so I would just give it some extra time.

i've email uk gg and dont ever seems to get any reply, where's the customer service man...
i've email royal mail but i only received a computer generated mail so far.

Cameron @ e-cigz is a bit slow at emails, normally 2 to 4 days and never answers the phone, well on the few times I have tried, you can leave a message though.

Royal mail are normally v-good (internally) but with Christmas they do get a bit slower.

When I contacted Royal Mail they told me I had to wait to put in a claim till it had been 15 mail days. That being said I wouldn't count it as lost till about 20 days due to the holiday slow down and customs. I would still try to have a ticket submitted on the 15th day but given it couldn't have been shipped to you till the 21st and the fact that most post offices were closed on the 26h and the first that wouldn't be till next Monday. Now if it shows delivered by your local carrier and you havn't gotten it I would be concerned but otherwise my best advice is to try to be patient.

Either way I have my fingers crossed for you.

I'm waiting for mine too from same place, but I'm not worried, getting gg stuff for 2 years now from cam and not one lost. Although one time I waited for two months, but that was Royal mail fault. If I remember correctly after 30 days Cam can ask for investigation with them. Give it few more days, I'm shure it will arrive any day now, as mine I hope
