My order didn't make it into Canada, got turned around.

Hey Tim,
Just got a letter saying the shipment got turned around, , order number is 15411, placed 02/14/2013 at 3:26AM.
What can be done about this?

I understand they do a random check of things coming in, but wondering if they keep a record or people and addresses trying to bring things like this in? It she shipment is re-sent and got checked again, will I get into any troubles over it? Any ideas, anyone???

We can resend it for you or issue you a refund for the order. We do not recommend resending to the same address.

Tim, it's been a month since my previous reply where I asked for a refund, still waiting for it? It took me a few minutes to make a payment for that purchase, how much longer do I need to wait for you to issue a refund?
