my order?

First time i have ever ordered from Ikenvape, I ordered three 306 HV attys and 1 306 drip tip, I placed this order 3 days ago and it still shows pending. I have submitted 2 support tickets to ask if they have been shipped and its not updated in the system? I don't know what is going on with my order. I have not received a reply to any of my support tickets

Don't know what else to do... So far my experience with most companies is the items are shipped the very next day with tracking (providing the next day isn't a sunday)

Anyone give me some insight thanks

It is not uncommon to see a couple day delays from Ikenvape as he is a one man show. But you will get your goods.

He typically gets between 50-75 orders out per day (sometimes alot more) Check the twitter feed on his site he usually says what orders hes up to and which ones are out.

I dont understand the reason for this thread. You ordered Sunday. Wrote me on Tuesday morning at 7:55am. I responded the same day at 8:55am with your tracking information as the package was out the door Monday. Why make this thread on a Wednesday after knowing the complete status the day prior?
