I for one have no problem with rewrapped batteries, except for when they are rewrapped with lies. I don't mind a rewrapped battery that is telling the truth about its mah, and its amps. What I do mind is when i see a battery rated to 20A, wrapped to say its rated to 35A (Mxjo 18650 for example). This is not only a lie but dangerous for anyone buying these batteries. People will buy these batteries and say "This one is rated to 30A and was only 10.00" And then their mod blow up in their face. I understand that it is the users responsibility to know what to buy and what not to and whats safe and whats not, but there will always be people out there that dont know what theyre doing.

I agree loganmacallum. These companies are marketing to people who are not experienced enough to know what they're really buying. They read the higher specs and think they're better. It sucks, but it is what it is.
