He's using a Cherry Bomber, a dual parallel unregulated box mod. What mod are you running this on?
So I take off 2 coils?Running what looks like a quad-Clapton build and don't like the heat? Simple solution: Don't run quad-Claptons!
Not trying to take any wind out of your sails, but a build like that is bound to generate a lot of heat. Consider backing off to dual-Clapton coils. Even that is going to get warm, but nowhere near as warm as I'm sure it's getting now. Also, as has already been eluded to, I hope you're being very mindful of things like shorts and the capacity of the batteries you're using. I'll also assume that is well into the sub-ohm range which I personally wouldn't recommend in an unregulated device unless you truly know what you're doing.

So this is completey wrong? Even if I manage to fix the coils can I use all 4?What exactly is all that in there? I see four coils that look nothing alike, and kinda all over the place. What mod are you running this on? And, give us more info here. It also looks like some of them are incredibly close to the outside and may contact your topcap causing a short. Sorry if this comes off wrong, I'm willing to offer some help if you give some details, and perhaps clearer photos.
So I take off 2 coils?
I really wanted to make clouds
Put the Cherry Bomber aside for now. Without a good knowledge of battery safety, Ohm's Law, amp draw (and an ohm reader) you are an accident waiting to happen. So I take off 2 coils?

Hi
I own a cherry bomber mod box and I'm really happy with it but I recently put 4 coils in my troll rda and the out side gets really hot, to the point you can't touch it, just imagine a burning rda from inside and out side, nothing else gets hot, happens after 3 cloud chasing hits
Since todayI hate to be a turd in the punch bowl, but those coils are wild. You want nice, tight, uniform coils. As it was pointed out earlier, you'll want to switch to a regulated mod. It can make a huge difference in heat, plus a smaller chance of blowing your face off. Claptons are great, but you could even try twisting, it's a step below Clapton, but it will make a huge difference in heat. If you don't mind my asking, how long have you been vaping and how long have you been building?

I'm open to tips and guidance but when people just simply point out how "noob" I am doesn't really help as they are not correcting meI recommend you watch a few tutorials about building coils. You want to try to get them as neat as possible. If you are new, you might be in a little over your head. I've been rebuilding for about 2 years and I still wouldn't build quad claptons. What is the resistance of your build. Like somebody already pointed out, your coils are everywhere. If you put the cap on, does it touch the inside? Send a pick of that. If you need any help, send me a pm. I would also like to suggest that you download steam engine if you haven't already done so. Nobody is trying to come across as a jerk, it is just that if not done correctly, vaping can be very dangerous. If your mod were to short because the coil touches the top cap, it pulls a dangerous amount of power from your battery. If that happens, at best your battery will vent leaving you with severe burns on your hand. At worst, it could voilently vent causing you mod to blow up in your face. Stuff like this gets blasted all over the media and gives vaping even more of a bad name. Politicians are already trying to take this away from us. Not trying to lecture you. We are here to help, but you need to be reasonable and take advise from those who have been doing this for awhile.
Lol truckerGlad I could help bro!!
