OK, I have to bump this up because I tried it today and it works like a champ! I got 28 drops before flooding. This is the first time a refill lasted me almost as long as an original. Good times. And who'd a thunk those nifty little covers would come in so handy!
Is this for the Vapor King KR808D-1? Just wanted to make sure since I'm still totally new to all of this. Sorry for the crazy question just want to get all my facts straight. Thanks!

(not sure how I missed it..but apparently I did)
Using the same trick here's what I did. I made a small hole in one of the plastic caps, made a small washer out of thick paper and strung a string through it with a knot to hold it in. I then took a small rotating fan and spun off the small middle cap and wrapped the string around the center post. Screwed the cap back on to hold the string tight. Refill cartos, plug it onto the hanging end cap and turned on the fan. LOL less strain on the arm trying to swing it around! Now I fill up a few carts before bed, spin them in the fan for maybe thirty seconds, and WALA, completely filled carts with tons of flavor! So basically I used a fan to spin the carts. Works like a charm and they last forever! Thirty drops fit easily!

I wanted to try this and went looking around the house for something to use and BINGO! Those silly socks with the toes in them - the ones that look like gloves for you feet? There ya' go!
I hate them, my daughter hates them, but for some reason we wind up getting a pair or two every Christmas, LOL. Now I don't have to come up with a reason to get rid of them, I'm spinning 10 carts at a time!
Warning, though....even if they seem padded it still hurts like the dickens if you whack yourself on the head

I was at Toys R Us over the weekend shopping for my son and I ran into these battery operated novelty candy fan thingamajiggies. I bought one just to see what I can rig up with it. I also bought a pair of $.99 household gloves at Walgreen's. Here's what I came up with.
Cut the fingers off the glove and staple them to the soft rubber/foam fan blades.
Spin them up!
I also replaced the battery in the fan with an Energizer, and it provided more power to the fan motor. It's pretty ugly, and it's ghetto. But it cost me about $4 total. and it works great spinning 4 cartomizers at a time. =)

BTW: I've been trying "the trick." and yes, I've stopped spinning around myself;-) Still, filling from a couple points at the bottom with a needle and syringe gets me the best fill. Might get me arrested in public though;-)

after refilling the carto do not put the two little mouthpiece pieces back in...put one of the "condoms" on the open end (the "buttplug" and condom" should already be on the battery end) and leave it up about 1/3 of the way from being tight... hold the bottom edges of the "condom" between your fingers in one hand and then take your other thumb and push the loose section of the "condom" up and down to force the juice down into the filler.
