The reason I used the term "tobacco Product" Taxes is I think that e-Cigarettes and Finished e-Cigarette Products will be Taxed Sooner or Later Also.

So when that Newbie a Year from Now buys a Blu Starter Kit, that there will be a tobacco Product Tax on in as well as Sales Tax.

I understand. But putting myself in the place of a really, really greedy tax-grabber, I'd think about calling it a Nicotine Tax, so that if and when some enterprising chemist comes up with a way to make synthetic nicotine, I could tax that as well. For now, of course, with FDA "deeming" ecigs to be tobacco products, a Tobacco Tax would serve me quite well.

Just sayin'. :)

There isn't much that can't be made "Synthetically". Nicotine is No Exception.

It's just Kinda Expensive.

This appears to be the case JerryRM. I agree, it's all about the money and smokers smoking is ever so much more profitable, so don't go back to smoking you'll be sending money to these eVILE overlords! (blackmarket, alcohol prohibition was turned around eventually, we have a huge and lengthy fight on our hands) We need to stay united and not let them win!
