My second mod

My first mod was a kit from madvapes to get me started. A simple 5 volt box.
My second is a variable voltage 3.3v-8.4 with display.
Just finished yesterday - sorry about the crappy photo. It is based on steeljan's youtube video. Seriously easy. purchased the led readout and the variable voltage module from eBay.
As you can see the voltage readout is upside down so I can read it while vaping. here I am at 5.3 volts.
Total cost was about $12 as I had most of the parts already.

Very nice. I have been wanting to build one with a 3 way switch on the voltage indicator for off/output voltage/battery voltage.

Always liked making my own and this one rocks. Now I don't have to worry about carrying batteries and matching cartos. But it's big, won't fit in my pocket to comfy.
