Gonna try DIY.
Here's what's in my cart - what's missing?

Note1 - so far, this is all at RTS, just cause they had the Double RY4 I want to play with first. Open to other sources for future orders, but I'd like to get going with just this - plus I'm RIGHT at the $75 min for free shipping :)

Note2 - Can't find sucralose there? Can't find AP there?

Note3 - Feel free to recommend a couple flavors good for first attempts, I'm not a big dessert or straight fruit vaper, and don't do menthol.

VG/Nic base
PG
3 & 5 ml syringes
18 & 22 gauge needles
Beaker
Flask
Funnel
3 ml pipettes
A few empty bottles

Just a few flavors:
Double RY4
Hangsen dessert Ship
Caramel
Cotton Candy (I see this as sweetener in a lot of recipes)

Get a lot of bottles. Trust me. 10-15-30's.

I use small clear (2oz?) glass bottles with no taper and keep working amounts of nic,pg, and vg in them. Must easier than trying to pull out of tapered and taller bottles. You can see exactly how far to stick the syringe in. I realized that using a 3-5ml syringe without a needle is pretty easy for nic,pg,vg. Just wipe it off before each dip. Not sure if others do it this way but it's really easy for me at least.

You will need 1ml syringes with blunt tips for flavor though. Much easier for exact measurements. Flavor is the most important thing to measure exact. Get some 1mls.

I built a mixing tray out of 1" cushion foam and plastic base. I cut holes for my working bottles and a bunch of holes for flavor vials and bottles. Keeps the bottles securely upright while mixing. A glass 10ml flavor vial is easier to tip over than canoe full of 1st graders.

+1 on the 1 ml syringes and lots of bottles. Once you start you won't want to stop. Make sure you have a lot of 5 or 10ml bottles on hand so you can make small test batches. THis will save you lots of money when things go wrong and the mix winds up down the sink (we've all been there).

Cotton candy will work as a sweetner. But the sweetner is here.

If you can't find AP (Acetyl Pyrazine) there you can get it here.

Perfumers Apprentice - Nutty Notes

Also I would recommend the hangsen T5 or highway.
