Ok so I started with Blu Ecigs. It broke within a week. So I got a Kgo set up for batteries and some ego clearomizers. I havent looked back. I went from two packs a day to no packs a day. This was just about a month ago. The issue Im starting to have is that my throat is bleeding on and off. When it starts to bleed I stop vaping for a few hours and that seems to help. Today I went back to analogs cause I needed nicotine and vaping was making my throat feel terrible. Ive been using a 60/40 PGVG with 24mg from Hoosier ecigs, where I got the KGO setup, intermixed with some johnson creek juices I got in a sample pack.

Ive done some reading and some people said that their gums bled and after a few days it went away...is this related? I really dont want to go back to analog cigarettes... should I just power through? Im terrified Im going to damage my throat or something. Please someone give me some good news.

I know and I've heard where bleeding gums is a part of getting off of analogs, but I've never heard of bleeding throat either. How can you tell your throat is bleeding? Are you coughing up blood or something? It may or may not be related to vaping. If your throat is bleeding, ANYTHING is going to irritate the situation, so I can see where not vaping would make it feel better. I too would suggest you see your Dr.

PLEASE go see your MD ASAP. A bleeding throat should not be related to vaping unless something is going on there unrelated to vaping that the vapor may aggravate. But vaping does not cause a bleed in your throat. Something else is going on there. May be an infection or something like that. Nurse's advise - go see a doctor! :)

Definitely see a doctor ASAP. The blood may be coming from somewhere other than your throat, but it wouldn't it be better to hear that you're OK from a doctor rather than "muscling through it?" I had a lot of strange things happen to me when i quit smoking from mouth ulcers to mild sinus bleeding to gum bleeding, all of which cleared up fairly quickly, but throat bleeding I've never heard attributed to quitting smoking or vaping.

A no brainer to see your Doc. IMO. You can also reveal to him that you've stopped smoking. Most of our Dr's have been very supportive of vaping. Could also be, as others have reported, you have a sensitivity to PG. Myself I am sensitive to Ethyl Maltol aka Cotton Candy. Also one other point that no one has touched upon. Vaping is dehydrating and if you're drinking coffee (more than 4 cups= dehydration) or caffeine laced soft drinks the dehydration becomes severe. I cut my java down to 3 1/2 cups per day from 10+ and no longer drink Coca Cola. I drink 1 1/2 litres water per day.
Good Luck.
