What is the purpose of mixing the absolute with the everclear?

The tobacco absolute is a thick ickor, it is concentated as sin, and thins well with alchohol, since it must be diluted in order to use the everclear or any high proof vodka works well. It only takes two drops of tobacco absolute mixed with 10ml of everclear to make a flavoring that is not to strong, I typically only add 1 drop of the diluted mix per 1ml of unflavored nic juice.

Hope this helps

Thanks for the explanation Dan!

Would this work with other oils... Say Cinnamon, or Ginger oil as well? Dilute a couple of drops in 10 mil of PGA and then use that as your flavoring in normal percentages??

I suppose it would, I use 4 drops of clove oil in 10ml of ejuice and have not had a problem. Alot of people say oil will kill your atty, but if used in small quantitys I have not had a problem.
Hope this helps.

So I'm thinking what I should be ordering are the "top notes" rather than the enhancers, right?

I have ordered both and just ordered one of the concentrates to see what the difference is. I have had success with both the enhancers and top notes.

Hope this helps.

Dan--Seedman is a strange website--it always has been to find thinks--can you or someone give a direct link to us for TOB500 Virginia Fire Cured Flavor Enhancer.

Thanks

Sun

Hi Sun, no problem,...

Here is a direct link to the flavors page, it contains all the Enhancers and TopNote flavors:
Tobacco Flavorings for Home Grown Tobacco

Just click the above link, hit CRTL+F and type TOB500A in the search box and hit enter.

Enjoy,
Dan

Their tobaccos are priceless and their Menthol works well but if you're tempted to try a bunch of flavors, I'd stay away from Apple; a nice smell but no flavor, even when vaped straight and English; description sounds like a tobacco but its just a vague sweet flavor inferior to their comforting honey.

Has anyone tried their "Light Brand" Flavoring?

No, but I have ordered a concentrate in the commercial and will report the results.

I have tried the Commercial, Fire cured, and the Captain Black.
I am a little disappointed with the lack of flavor of the commercial, maybe i am not mixing it strong enough yet. I have only mixed to around 10%.
But the fire cured is very good.
And I LOVE the Captain Black. It tastes like a cross between a cigarette and a cigar to me.
I still have a lot of playing around with it left to do trying to come up with a "swisher sweet" type of cigar flavor, but I will get there.
I'm just sorry that I messed up and ordered 2 bottles of commercial.

I found the commercial lacking in concentration, but I liked the flavor so after the first 2oz bottle was gone I ordered the 7.5oz concentrate for 28.00 bucks, where I used to have to use 1ml of flavoring, I now only need 10 drops. The concentrate is the way to go. I can make it as strong as I want it now!! Now I just need honey, virgina, rum, capt......... hehehehe

Well I ordered the:

TOB506 Commercial Cigarette
Gives a light, mild flavor similar to the most popular premium brands sold in stores.

Not very potent and way too sweet. Adding more and it gets sweeter rather than adding any additional tobacco flavor.

Are the other flavors also very sweet?

Away..
Dan,
Just a quick math confimation.
In your original use with the premixed you used 1ml flavoring in a total of 10ml total eliquid. Or 10% flavoring.

With the concentrate you are now using 10drops per 10ml? 10drops =1/2ml . That would be 1/2ml of 75% stronger flavoring or 50% stronger with out diluting the total 10ml any greater.

According to Seedmans site the concentrate to be used is mixed 1/2oz to 1 1/2oz water.
A 75% reduction in strength. Big difference if I read your math correctly.

If anyone does have the premixed, it can be made into concentrate by reducing its volume in a bowl, in a toster oven, set at abt 180*. Not to exceed 200* till the starting volume of say 1 oz is now reduced to 1/4oz. You willl now have the concentrate without
a repurchase.
