So I recently posted a negative review here : 4-Star General E-Liquid - MyFreedomSmokes.com

It was pending review by the site admins and now it's gone and nowhere to be found. The review was negative but done in good taste, I stated that It was similar in taste to V2Ecig Sahara flavor and was nothing like Marlboro flavor as some people have stated in other reviews. I did not like the taste at all and in fact it made me feel sick after a few minutes. And now the review is nowhere to be found and not showing up as pending review anymore.

Maybe this is something a lot of sites do but I will no longer shop at this site if their reviews are going to be filtered to only the positive ones. In fact I'm having trouble finding any low reviews on any of their products? I guess this was the sales bait that got me.

Welcome to ECF , but do you really think any vendor is going to post bad reviews about any of their products ? Never gonna happen . In the future try getting sample sizes only until you see if you like the juice , or not . What you hate , the next guy loves and vice versa . Or you can , like a lot of other people . Go the DIY route . You make your own , and can flavor it anyway you like .

I'd advise you to post a review here Reviews of Suppliers - Negative you can share your thoughts on their process, which I agree, is bogus. It's not only unreasonable to think that your products get only positive reviews, its so transparent a move it ultimately hurts their business.

I read the reviews on vendor sites all the time and I have seen many sites that post the negative ones too, as it should be. If a vendor is filtering out negative reviews they are obviously not interested in having an honest review section. At that point they should just call it what it is, the "promotional" section.

Thanks OP, for the heads-up. I will avoid that particular vendor and keep my eye out for similar activity.

I've seen a number of vendors post bad reviews. Madvapes for one, MtBaker for another, just off the top of my head.

The biggest thing is I think vendors need to see it as an opportunity to improve their flavors. Free feedback is good feedback. Most companies pay a lot of money for that kind of information. Might as well capitalize on the feedback to make a better product that your customers will love. I would think it would be plenty easy to even put an update on the product page "New & Improved Formula coming soon thanks to your advice and feedback." Make better flavors, get more sales?

They had a complaint of this in the past too, so I went to their site and reviewed SunDrop. It was a negative comment and the last time I checked it was still there. I will check again.

Well, it's not there anymore. Not only that, but my first review is the only one there, no one else's. and my second review stated it was an update. Wonder why they are doing that?

Well glad to see that there are still some honest vendors out there , willing to post both the bad , as well as the good . As I make my own juice now , not much of an issue . But if I need some sort of hardware , I will be inclined to use the honest vendors for that as well .

I presume a vendor may choose which reviews to post, and lean on those reviews only for DESCRIPTIONS of a flavor. For more information, I'd come HERE, and search for reviews or discussions. Same thing with hardware...

I've only left 3 reviews total to-date and the one I left at MFS was sort of neutral and it never made it to the website?

I left 1 negative and 1 positive at Vapor Kings and the negative review made it to the website but not the positive one?

Though I for sure had a positive and negative on a MFS that was posted for over a year. Now, just the positive is there. Even the other negative review by someone else on the same product is now gone.

MFS is a good site and I've never had a problem and continue to buy from them. The review I left was on juice, and I know everyone has a different opinion when it comes to juice.
