Nashville area is actually a pretty sweet place for a vaper. Lots of vendors. Find the group on Facebook, search "Middle TN Vapers" Attaching the May flyer for ya!

I wanted to make sure the Nashville vape community is aware of our new store NOW OPEN on West End Ave. near Vandy campus. It's Vulcan Vape. We're based in Birmingham. If you know where the Ted's Montana Grill is on West End, then you've found us. Store hours are 10am - 9pm (Mon thru Sat). Hope to meet you there. Thanks, Jake (Co-owner)

Hi. Where are all the Nashville area vapers? I live in Spring Hill and I have never seen anyone vaping anywhere. I am just starting out, actually looking for my first setup and would love to talk to someone close by and see their equipment to help me decide what to buy. I am sure you all have a lot of good info you could give me. I am going to check out the Nashville Vapors store and I think there is a place in Cool Springs call Sapphire.

Spring Hill is about 35 south of Nashville. Hope I hear from someone local.

Saffire Vapor is open in Cool Springs on Caruthers Blvd. Off the Moore's Lane exit. I have been there and it's a nice little store. It was quite busy last Saturday when I was there. They have a decent selection of equipment and juice also. Go check them out.

There does not seem to be an active Nashville area group. I would like to meet other vapers in the area sometime. I will check in on this thread to see if more people check in.

Afternoon ShariR , and Nashville Area Vapers.. I'll have to get over to Saffire Vapor and see what they have. I've been to Nashville Vapor a couple of times now and they come off as good folks. Just got some new flavors from them in Vape Mail today. Sadly they aren't open at 2am, but they ship fast and their 10ml is to the top of the bottle. I'm over here in the Heritage area myself. Not sure if it is that I just never noticed, but I can't recall ever seeing anyone vaping in this area. It's nice to know you aren't alone..

zg, it sure is. The Saffire Vapors shop was quite busy on a Saturday afternoon. I was surprised because I am new to this and I had never seen anyone vaping and had never seen one of the devices till then. My kit is in the mail and I hope to be vaping in the next few days. Hope I can give up the cigarettes. I am going to make a valient effort.

This thread is awful quiet. I read that there is a Facebook group, but I do not do Facebook. I don't need anymore ways to get my id stolen or more spam and ads. No twitter either. You can tell I am older.

How are Nashville Vapors juices? Do they do them in house, or just sticking their name to a vendor's juice.

Hey ShariR, Didn't make it to Saffire this weekend.. :(
Though I hear there is one in the Boro also, so I'm running out of excuses to venture out.

I was thinking this thread was a little on the quiet side, but as well have not seen anyone vaping in my area, ever.. Not saying they aren't here, but we don't seem to be meeting up just yet..

I'm pretty sure NashVapor makes their own blends. I'm toying with a YouTube review of them, but I neither FaceBook, or Twitter myself. So jumping head first into social media just isn't the top of my list.. As far as the flavors.. I haven't tried all of them yet, but to be honest, there isn't one that I don't enjoy in a way. The Professor Marvel's Master Blend could, and has been my all day vape since I tried it. Light, but noticeably tobacco, with a hint of nutty, and what I thought was a malty finish.. Really nice..
Their Menthol is good, a pear is good, a hazelnut isn't bad at all, watermelon is light and airy and I would have preferred it a bit stronger, but not jolly rancher like. The Prof. Marvel's Mystery is an odd one.. Like a spicy flower.. Definitely some flower flavor, jasmine or something in it. Weird, but it also grows on you.

Glad to hear your kit is in the mail, and your on the way. I was really shocked how easy it was to put the pack down and walk away. After 22 years I had pretty much come to the conclusion it was going to be until my time here was up.. In reading here that seems to be a common theme. The Instant Convert.. I wish the same for you..

I'm going to have to start PM'ing these Nashville people if they don't get more active here.. I know they are out there..

Hi Zg. Got my Spinner kit and started vaping with juices I got at Saffire Vapor. I like their Blubacco in the 24mg. Tried dripping with a 510 atty with some MBV Ecto Cooler and Extreme Ice. I bought these juices off the classifieds before I got my Spinner so I would have some already steeped juices. I think I bought someone else's mistakes. I looked close on the bottles and they had 3 extra flavor shots. Being a newbie I had no idea what that meant. Well, it means they are unvapeable to me. I mean really horrible. Could not get the taste out of the atty so I looked around here and found some info on how to do a dry burn. Tried it and successfully popped my atty. Dead as a doornail. So be careful with reviews of juices and the classifieds. At least for me, I am so new that the information is there, but I am obviously not experienced enough to know what is a good buy and if something will be suitable to me.

A friend on ECF sent me another 510 atty so I can try dripping again and some NiteLiteVapors Gold 24mg juice. This stuff is amazing. It is a tobacco with a sweet undertone, maple I think. Nothing like any other juice I have tried. Real smooth and I think it may be my all day vape. If you like tobaccos, check them out. All the Mt Baker Vapor juices I got off the classys were with extra shots and so over sweet or over menthol that I am not even going to try anything else of theirs for a bit.

Gee, I can hear the crickets. Looks like the people around Nashville are not active on this thread. I have run into a couple and from their posts they seem to be quite young. I have smoked for 45 years so I am of another generation. It would be nice to at least talk to other vapers in our area and maybe meet out for lunch someday.

YouTube reviews. That is quite adventurous of you. Go for it. Hope you see this post. I have subscribed to this thread so if you post back I will respond.

Hi, my name is Will, we're helping a soldier there at Ft. Campbell with a free starter kit as part of our project to assist active and retired military with assistance to quit smoking. I would like to refer him to a local shop for follow-up, juice, personal assistance. Since we're located out of Arizona I have no idea what's a good place.

If someone can point me in the right direction I would be greatly appreciative.

Hi, Will. What a great gesture. I am new at this but I know of two shops in the Nashville area, about 45 minutes down I65 South on Charolotte Pike called Nashville Vapors. I have not been there yet. The second is Saffire Vapors, about 10 miles farther south on I65 off the Moore's Lane exit, on Caruthers Blvd. Both shops have a full line of equipment and supplies for the ego stuff, vamo, spinner, evods, protanks, etc., replacement heads and some juices. Both of course are pricey because they are shops. I live about 35 miles south of Nashville in Spring Hill and would be thrilled to meet one of our soldiers and help him out. I also have some juices I can give him/her. What kind of starter kit are you looking to get for him? I have a spinner and evods and protank. I also love the dripping. I am not an expert, but I can help with the getting started stuff hands on. PM me here, or make another post here. I monitor this thread.

And again, what a great help to one of our soldiers. I will look and see if there is somewhere closer to the Fort Campbell area that he can use. Let me know what you need. I have some juices to contribute to the effort.

A quick Google search did not turn up any shops up near Fort Campbell. I do not know Kentucky but I think the best bet will be to head Nashville way. At least this way I can help if needed. You may want to post in the Kentucky thread also, Fort Campbell is right there on the state border.

We purchase all the starter kits, they're all standardized to make it easier on us for support. We provide an eGo passthrough, case, lanyard, charger, 2 iClear16s. We prefer to give the soldier juice from a local shop, but if that's not possible we source donations from local shops. But helping that soldier get into the social aspect of vaping and having a sense of community and support is key. We really wanted to do something to give back in our local community, and this is what I had come up with and so far it's been a huge hit. The problem is always going to be raising enough money to buy all the kits for all the needy vets and making sure we hook them up local to them.

But if the soldier is interested in meeting someone local, we would love to have local vape meet info, contact info for local friendly vapers, etc. To show them the ropes and make sure things are going well.
