Well I was expecting a delivery from vaping Watch today for my RBFS liquids, but it went North instead of South from North Carolina. My little package is sight seeing in Philadelphia right now. Hopefully the next stop will be Tampa, Florida.
Probably has to go through Jacksonville first :) Seems everything for me in Ocala had to first go through Jax. Tampa, Orlando, where ever, to Jax first!

I agree. 15ml is good too. I don't like the 1-3ml samplers either. Not enough to give the juice a fair shake.

BTW, hitting the RBFS Lakatia now. Liking it a lot. Taste exactly like my extract. This will have to hold me over until my batch is finished.

10 or 15ml is perfect. I'll get the occasional 5ml sample pack. I have six 5ml bottles from Nirvana to try during a $10 sale. It's enough to figure if I'd want to order a bigger bottle, but 10-15ml is needed to get down with a juice.

Glad you like the Latakia. If you're a fan of Perique, St. James should work well for ya. And if you like ACID cigar vapes, DWiT is the best representation of Blondie I've had.

I like Perique. I extracted some when I first started making NETs but I think I gave it to somebody. I have an ACID going right now that should be done on Monday along with some Mississippi River pipe tobacco. I also have a bunch of single leaf tobaccos that I have to get started. I did sample RBFS ACID and I liked what I could taste. Hoping to break this cold in the next couple days and get my buds back on track.

On a side note, I still have a hand full of extracts from NET.com that I have to mix up and try.

Today I've been vaping McClelland Dominican Glory Maduro. Matured, tangy red flue-cured leaf combined with lemon Virginia that has been stoved black. In addition there is Dominican Maduro cigar leaf. It's a very creamy non-aromatic with the stoved Virginia coming through equally with the Maduro leaf. I didn't get the tanginess of the flue-cured but this juice has only steeped for a week. It's good. Three solid stars out of four so far.

Well today I found out why I have a tickle in my throat, a slight cough and chest congestion.
No, not a cold.....I developed an allergy to propylene glycol. If you get these symptoms, better check it out.
The doc said E cigs with Propylene glycol OR extracts made with it can cause a reaction in some individuals.....

Really enjoying RBFS Pirates Drunken Sweet Tooth in an ErlK clone at 12 watts. It's finally raining here in California and the rum undertones with the smell of fresh rain is really mellowing me out. Have had a hell of a week at work and this is exactly what I need :vapor:. I normally don't enjoy NETs that are too sweet but I think RBFS has done a fine job with this one, it is on the sweeter side but not too overpowering. I understand that RBFS is on the expensive side of the spectrum but damn do they make some fine juices!

That sucks. I don't know much about pg allergy, except some can handle a little pg and some need to go pg free. Pg free would be tough as so many flavorings contain pg.

I've said it many times, but I absolutely love Pirates! Didn't at first, bit it grew on me big-time.

Sorry to hear this man but you should be able to work around it. On the positive side, you can be our first all VG extractor.:thumb:

That my friend is the problem I face. :nah:

You can do your maceration with PGA, and once you've filtered & Heat reduced your extract, add VG to your extract. I usually add ~70% vg to the reduced extract.

If I have 30ml of heat reduced tobacco maceration, I add ~20ml of VG for my finished extract. I don't have a PG allergy, but keep PG in my juice to a minimum, I normally mix my ready to vape juice with a 50/50 Nic juice, 100% VG & the PGA/VG Tobacco Extract @20%.

Any of you Magma users have the issue of moisture build up in the dome/chamber? I'm wondering how this affects flavor. Is it my beginner coils/wicking causing this? I hope it's ok to ask this question here, if it's not cool just ignore.
I can't really see how that would effect anything, you're good.

I got a newsletter from the guys who sell ready wick (I bought from them, but didn't sign up for a newsletter). The geniuses had all 500 names in the 'to' field instead of BCC, so all email addresses displayed. Now getting a bunch of email from people who 'replied all' freaking out about their snafu. Hope someone doesn't decide to sell 499 email addies; hello spam.

Condensation is pretty normal with most vaporizers ... its what causes some of them to gurgle at time ( not the Magma afaik )... if it bothers you, when vaping, let go of the button on the mod before you've finished inhaling so the chamber clears out. I don't think it affects flavor at all... it could allow minor leaking from under the AFC ring if you don't have an o-ring added to that

Have you tried a 100% VG extract? I was thinking about trying it and putting it in the freezer for the first couple hours to break the cell walls. Hoping this will lead to a better flavor leach.

I have never tried an all VG extraction. It would rough to filter. MFToms has the best idea and the most experience with VG NETs. See his post one page back.
